    If you happen to have a few extra white fish and or trout that you don't need I'd sure love to try them in my new smoker when I get home. Just cut the fillets off leaving the skin and ribs in them and I'll do the rest 🙂

      Been snowing here since I got up.. still coming down but luckily wet and not accumulating fast. Up to about 6 cm now..
