  1. I told my buds that KD shouldn't be playing and if he did he would get hurt and be gone in the first 10 minutes.

    It took 14!!!  ?

Now he's most likely gone for the entire 2019\2020 season.

Not what you want to have happen on your contract year.

  2. Replaced the water pump in the ole Merc today and removed the VHF from my dash to see about getting it fixed. Seems the submersible declaration on the front of it is all lies. A few ounces of water poured out of it when I opened it up. Wonder is #ICOM can fix it? :dunno:    :dunno:   :dunno:   :dunno:
Might need a new one.   ?

Ah ok, I was talking to the father and law, uncle and cousin and all of their boats (g3,Lund and legend all deep v) have the ability for adjustment, and can even lock them in place if they wanted to and they seemed to think mine should too, but weren't sure how.

I know all the smaller OB's I've had have a tension adjustment on the motor but once you get into the larger OB's they are not used.

Even on the 30's at the lodge I worked at they had the adjustments. The 60 on one of my boats doesn't have the ability and neither does the 90 that was on my boat or the 115 that's on it now.

  4. That's normal from the vibration.

Years ago I changed over to their NFB helm which has clutches in it to lock the steering in place until you turn the wheel.

Just what I needed for when I'm dropping the riggers down. Just point it straight and leave it.

This past weekend I just removed the NFB and installed hydraulic steering. :)

GS is good...im glad the raptors are hanging with them. Their D is keeping it close and giving them an opportunity to win every night. Hopefully the series goes long. Win or lose I am loving watching this happen and what its doing for the city.

I still say it every game, "i cant believe this is finally happening during my life time" Now if only the leafs could do it too...man its a fun ride, and I think we have all already won watching them get this far.

My favorite Toronto sports moment in my life so far was the Jays winning their first world series.

I was at the dome with my buddy and 35,000 of our closest friends watching the game on the jumbotron.

We then went to Young Street and joined in the best street party ever. :)

Tough loss, if they made some of the shots near the end of the game ,it would be 2-0.

They really need Lowry taking some 3 pointers at the end of the game.

Their FG% was abysmal in game 2.

If they hit half of the shots they missed they would have won by 20 points or more.

I thought it was 31C at Whitehorse the other day. Maybe it was the wind that was 31. With the weather down here on Erie I swear there is still ice out in this lake. Stopped by a marina close by for lunch today and guys going out were dressed more for early spring or late fall. Then again there is always that guy with no shirt and shorts on fishing off the shore.

On the South side of Great Slave the temps were pretty high.

Fort Liard and Fort Smith were in the 30's.

On Tuesday here it was 19C but on Wednesday we had 5cm of snow. ?
