With all the nit pik and arguing going on these days and the problems with the world.
Sometimes we need to step back and listen and just let ourselves go and get that tention out of our bodies.
I always wondered what my pop heard in this, but now Im getting it. MELLO.
Im sure it will work for you. If it dont,oh well,it,s working for me.
You can follow the rest of the story on yer own Im sure.
Sure enough I relooked, 76 Dec. 8 to Dec. 31
Guess I should be reading the regs every year more clearly.
Thanks for the heads up outdoor.
Guess I,ll just throw on some orange and set up a new stand this weekend near that fence line.LOL
$849.95 Does it come with a lifetime, catch of fish?
That would be a nice addition to yer boat bud. Just think, you wont have to follow a charter in.LOL Sorry had to say that.LOL
I target them after everything else is closed on simcoe, whities and lakers.Well except perch and crappies.
There was a time when we would get some real pigs, but the changing of the structure here in the bay, seems to have moved them along. You can still get them, but nothing like years before.
If your wondering about a battery for it.I use them 12volt gel cells you can get out of the emergency light exit signs.
You can also get them at Princess auto for about 10 bucks or so. Best to use a 1.5 charger on them.
I was lucky enough to come across a chager meant just for them.
Yes, but he,s a fine looking NFLD fella aint he? :clapping:LOL
Sorry, thats a real nice fish. Dont understand whats going on about this catch. Wish it was me who caught it.
Congrats to the angler.
Do you know how many stories that are out there about guys catching 9 pound smallies on Simcoe. If they say they did, hey, they did. Im sure they are out there.
I just wish they would make the same rule as the rifle hunt. You can still hunt with the bow, just have to follow the orange laws.
WW, I hear this time of year is when you have your best chance at a big buck. They seem to be busy getting ready for the long winter ahead. Heck ,ll believe anything right now.LOL
Best of luck with the rest of your hunt.
Here in the more populated areas they use shot gun (less range then a rifle, safer from what they say)But there are areas that you can use a rifle. . There is week in November, mon to fri, then they have the one in December,mon-fri.During those two weeks we cannot bow hunt. There is a muzzel loading season also.
Smoke them(in a smoker) kinda hard to light.LOL
I would usually just scale them, split in half and add smoke flavor and salt and pepper and put under the broiler.
They are oily,but very tastey.
I remember the days when we would head out and start jigg,n, could just barely see the flash from the lure. Would get a bump, start to bring the lure up slowly and there would be 50 or so swimming around. The kids had a blast.
