Came across this boat on the web. Nice little boat. My problem is that I have limited garage space and my little Subaru can not tow a whole lot. I would just like to thank this this tread and everyones imput. I was considering a Legend boat for bugetary reasons. However, I have now reconsidered. You are not only purchase a boat, you are also purchasing the service that comes along with it. I would think, that the greatest margins are made in the servicing and not the sale. Similar to a car. Great job with with the post. If this post had not come about, there would be more unhappy customers.

was just there over the weekend. Usual spots didn't produce like they normally do. Had tons of luck by docks. Try throwing some senkos...good luck!

Yeah, that was his very first crappie. He was supper excited. Haven't caught much crappie myself either. I was actually packing up getting ready to leave and he screams out "dad...I caught a crappie".

Hey all! Going up to rice lake once again this weekend. This will be my third attempt to try and catch some bass. However, the past two occasions have been extremely disappointing. I will normally throw spinners and senko's. Can anyone provide me with some much needed advice? i.e. colours to throw, depths and general locations. I will be renting from a place in gores landing. Was thinking of thinking of fishing by the reserve. Any other suggestion? Thanks!

was really looking forward to bass season. had plans with some buddies to head out to rice lake and rent a boat. it turns out they might bail out. good luck to the rest of you!

Super excited about the bass opener this weekend! Wanted to try out Rice Lake, however my normal boat rental spot is fully booked. Gore's Landing area. I tried to call a place in Bewdley, costs $80.00 + taxes .... Anyone here know of any other boat rentals on Rice Lake? Hoping for a price in and around $55.00 range. Thanks!

Maida_gc, I agree. This is a great forum, with wonderful and informative people. Bass season starts on the 23rd. someone correct me if i'm wrong.

was up there this weekend with my boys not much luck myself. fishing for pike...no luck. my eldest was able to hook into a nice size rock bass though. caught me some perch on xraps and a nice bass. all and all i would say was a good day out with the boys. spoke to a coupe of others at the dock and they were not having much luck either...
