Used Floroclear a few years ago before I switched to straight Fluoro.
If I remember right it is a coly coated with fluoro. Great line for spinning reels, no real memory and good abrasive resistence. Definitley an option to explore over a reg mono line.

They may not be all that bad, looks like they eat cigarette butts.

I fish the weed in the spring. Weedlines, clumps and scattered new growth.
Bucktails are my favourite but will use suspending jerkbaits and dunk grubs too.

One morning, the husband returns the boat to their lakeside cottage after several hours of fishing and decides to take a nap.
Although not familiar with the lake, the wife decides to take the boat out.
She motors out a short distance, anchors, puts her feet up, and begins to read her book.
The peace and solitude are magnificent.
Along comes a Conservation Officer in his boat.
He pulls up alongside the woman and says, 'Good morning, Ma'am. What are you doing?'
'Reading a book,' she replies, (thinking, 'Isn't that obvious?')
'You're in a Restricted Fishing Area,' he informs her.
'I'm sorry, officer, but I'm not fishing. I'm reading.'
'Yes, but I see you have all the equipment. For all I know you could start at any moment. I'll have to take you in and write you up.'
'If you do that, I'll have to charge you with sexual assault,' says the woman.
'But I haven't even touched you,' says the Conservation Officer.
'That's true, but you have all the equipment..
For all I know you could start at any moment.'
'Have a nice day ma'am,'

Mike, if you are looking for a "one off aka wedding rod"" and spending that kind of money I would recommend doing a custom rod build. Your have enough time on the water to know what you are looking for. IMO.
If am sure you can tap into a lot of guidance here about this or you can fire me a PM and I can point you in the right direction if this interests you.

Well that would be depend on what you are being tried for and what state you're being tried in.....now if your a celebrity and killed your wife or molested children you want to be tried in Kalifornia....if you were drinking and driving....Texas.....if you married your sister....Alabama....if you stole lots of money, white collar style...NY...what's Canada noted for...
Being open minded, unselfish and having a lot patience. Not to mention, kick butt fishermen.

Not the case. This has been discussed before.
All the land around the lake is private.. anyone trying to access it is treepassing.. Thats a fact.. Call your local CO .. he will say the same thing
Not sure, but does there not have to be an allowance on a body of water? Reason I mention this is an old friend worked for a conservation authority and we hunted a private lake once but gained access through an allowance. If I remember right the allowance was only 25ft wide or so and you would never of found it without a map.

Does that mean I have to remove my bumper sticker? It matches my truck perfectly.
Nope, just add a check mark.

You'll need some soft plastic minnows (Gulp, Fin-S, etc), soft plastic eggs (exude, Trigger-X, Jensen egg, etc), box of coloured beads, various streamer flies that imitate smelt and emerald shiners, a variety of Kwikfish, spinners and spoons, pink worms in sizes 3" to 6", marabou & bunny jigs, tons of leader material and split shots (just in case you lose lots), hooks in sizes 2 through 14, a new centrepin reel and a new float rod (make that 2 combos)

Never picked them before, I think I will take my daughter tonight. So you want them closer to the ground and covered in brown for the ideal harvest?
