Nottawasaga River

Hey everyone -

 

My brother is heading up to Wasaga for his prom, and they're staying right on the river.

He was just curious what would be in that section of the river - is it worth bringing a rod up?

 

I've never fished the Notty before, so besides the trout runs, I'm not too sure what else would be in that specific stretch.

i was fishing up there not too long ago and my buddy landed a nice size walleye.

you have a better chance of catching cats then you do eyes. Some great catting to be had through that stretch.
