Apple didn't create the full touch niether I had a HTC that was touch well before IPhones came out. Mind you is was a piece of crap it was still out long before the IPhone. I would say IPhone copied the dull touch screen and made it better, that is until Samsung came along and made a better device.

I think i may have had that same htc device haha, smashed it after 2 months. I tried to convince my brother to go for the galaxy. He "knew" it was the better phone, but prefered the smaller screen of the iphone.

And apple stole the touchscreen interface from nokia..my brother just bought the iphone 4s, siri isnt that good imo, doesn't even work half the time, just like the galaxy counterpart. Both need some work, but id rather type and do the stuff myself. I have a blackberry just because 90% of my contacts are on bbm, but will be getting myself a quad core android phone when they are released.

What would be a good price on a used HDS-8 that is 2 years old (no winter use)? My buddy is upgrading to the Gen2 and will sell his to me for a decent price. What do you all think? New they are still advertised for $1600.

My brother has a done up circuit track car, when he comes home at night on the rare occassions he takes the car out you'd be surprised on how many times people follow us into the neighbourhood. We just make random turns and lose them. My truck was in the shop and no cars in the driveway and their was a random checking out my trolling motor on my lund a few weeks ago (I keep the boat right on the front lawn), right when I stepped outside, he sprinted away. What kills me is that this was in broad daylight! Dirtbags lol

Looks like ill be getting a gen 2. Do you guys find structure scan on the console or bow more effective? My older unit will be going on the opposing spot without structure scan.

That's good to know for future reference, talked to my brother today and he actually sent out the rod yesterday so I'm too late.

I'm thinking on grabbing the salus suit, does anyone here own the comfort, proelite or endurance? Not sure if the extra features on the proelite or endurance are worth it. Does anyone know any vendors who stock these suits, I looked onsite and didn't see any tackle shops that came to mind.

My brothers legend elite broke while fighting a smallie. I seen on an old post that theirs a depot in Mississauga, but when i talked to St croix they told me you can just walk in, you can only ship it there, and since you live in that city, you might as well ship it straight to us.

Now ive never shipped a rod before, but do have tubes from previous orders. Wouldnt it be cheaper for me to ship it to the depot in Mississauga?
