that is the key when i bought my first dslr i read everything and my mind set on a canon when into blacks they shoed me the canon and the nikon together i walked out with the nikon simply because it felt better in my hands

Well a buddy called last night saying his partner bailed on him for the lindsay bassmaster open. The famly and I were camping at emily park so he picked me up at 5 and off we went. I had never been on stergon before didn't know it was such a big lake. Thouht we would be able to get a few lots of weeds early morning with frogs boy was I wrong now my partner is a run and gun type fisherman so we moved a lot going to his spots didn't realy give me much of a chance to fish my way but his boat and his money who paid to get in. All and all ended up with one bass that I think may have need the fish strecher to get to the 13 inch min lol he caught it. Had a blast of a day its differant fishing with a goal not just to have a fun day on the water. If any members were there we didn't sstick around afterwards as I had to get back to camp what was the winning weight.

I got a new fishfinder/gps and so i mounted the old one at the bow of the boat. My question: is there a way to mount a transom mount transducer onto the trolling motor or must I get a trolling motor transducer. And if i can mount it onto the trolling motor should i foresee any issues with the operation of it? I wouldn't think so. Should I/Can I mount it w/ epoxy?

 

Second question: The new fishfinder is a humminbird. i mounted the new transducer but it is kicking up a rooster tail at high speed and then the spray from that is getting into the boat even. So there's a 1x1/5 inch gap between the bracket and the transducer. I think this is where the spray is coming from. Anyway to prevent this? Should i fill the gap with epoxy?

I had they same proplem with mine last year if you contact humminbird there is a part that they send you free under warrenty and it goes between the transdicer and the monting pice.

last spring i bought 2 new factory seconds trolling motor batterys. Later on in the summer they didnt seem like they were holding much of a charge. I took them back the place i bought them (my work is one of there biggest costmers) he kept them fro a couple of days toped up the water chargerd them ran them down and charged them back up and said they were fine. So i thought it may be a bad conection someplace rewired it with a new plug. The rest of the year all was great.

fast forward to this year have only had the boat out twice. the first time out the trolling motor was weak brought it home cleaned all the connections. Second time all was good. Was just out cleaning things a bit and bumped the swich the trolling motor seem slow for the setting. Grabed the volt meter one battery was 12+ volts the other one was 3.25 volts. they are both hooked to a onboard charger and were both up last weekend when I checked them.

I think i need one new battery as the warrenty is gone can i replace just one since they are still fairly new or should i buy 2

I haven't made up my mind yet will be pigeon or belmont

i use a nikon d 80 upgraded from a d 40.

all i can say is go to a good camera store and talk to the salesman hold all the cameras in your price range feel how they sit in your and can your fingers reach all the controls. when i went to but my first went to but a canon but as soon as i held the nikon i was sold on it. Also look at the price of the accessories you may want in the future

I have a 2000 1750 fishhawk great boat and that price isn't bad. tolling motor around 80# trust When i bought mine it only had a 55 even in a slight wind it wouldn't hold.

i recived the same thing today. My question is if one cheated the first time whats to stop them from cheating when ansewering the survey. The questions were did they have help did the have study aids and did they take it at there residance. not a big deal to answer but really come on. this whole thing is a joke don't get me wrong i belive we should have some kind of boat lic but a test u can take at a hime and the police can't check. So if you fail the survey are the boat smart police coming to your door and taking your lic

one of the guys i am going with made the resevation. He told me he checked the place out so i left it in his hands (bad idea) the other guy going his parents don't live to far from picton if it gets to bad i will pull out and go set up in there yard

108 here in peterborough at some places 118 at other, filled up the truck for the first time in awhile

costco in peterborough had wetskin's jacket and pants 79 bucks i havent bought one yet but have heard they are good

i drive a plow the guys at work are going to love it

i was giveing some of the kits for christmas they are very good and fum to make the site is canadian so it makes ordering easy
