  1. I've been in denial for the longest time hoping that Dawg was going to be my TEAM CAPTAIN again this year, but as it turns out, it's not to be :dunno:

So, can someone please add their name to the list so that the nine of us that are waiting can be added to a team :worthy::thumbsup_anim:

yes please we need one more name so come on join up

  2. last sumer while working the google maps car drove by. We were talking about it the other day so i thought i would check it out and sure enough you can go that adress aqnd see us working. funny thing is that we were working at a corner and the first time the car went by we are working the second time we are on break

  3. DEFINITELY a 3 bank charger and YES you do want to recharge your starting battery with the charger.....these on-board chargers are Smart Chargers and they do more than just charge up your battery. They desulferize the batteries and maintain them during non-use (I no longer remove them during the winter). Here's the one I have been using for about 6 years and it really has extended the life of my batteries with the starting battery being 9 years old now. And Cabela's has a sale on them at this time.

  4. hey Archer. I think all you need is a two bank charger for your trolling batteries and your motor will charge your starting battery. I have one in my bassboat and its a 10 amp duel charger made by Pro Charger. Dual for 24 volt and use a triple for 36 volt trolling motor. You can mount them any way you want, upside down, wherever you have room. You also might want to look into a battery management system as well. It directs power to the lowest batteries while your running. P.S. allways have a short set of booster cables as well. There usually for the other guy. Hopes this helps. Oh yeah what size motor are you running?

thanks for all the info guys and for fish_fishburn i have a 82 pound motor guide. oh and thsnks for the tip on the booster cables

  5. Well with the spring fishing show over have really started to think about what i need to get the boat ready for spring. I bought a 24 volt trollling motor and have been ooking at soe kind of built in charger for the batterys. Al the info i find soesnt really tell me what size i need for my boat. I would like one to charge all 3 batteries the starting and the 2 for the trolling motor. they seem to come in 3 sizes 1 bank 2 bank 3 bank 12/24/36 volt. Do i need a 3 bank for three batteries. any info on this would help me greatly thanks

  6. not money lol very good point i have a file saved on disk with credit cards drivers lic, fac, etc and all that stuff. Lost mine once was just about to start makin the calls to cancel everthing and remebered a small hole under the seat of the dozer i was running low and be hold.

  7. when we were kids we had one we tied a canoe to ours just put some foam under to protect the roof. as for the toilet in my opinon a john in a tent that at the most is 8 feet from someones bed and tents aren't the best for air flow. One thing i found that i really liked is the cook top stove comes out and clips on the out side of the trailer.

  8. me and the wife bought a 90ish viking tent trailer back in the summer paid 2000 for it. Has a 12 ft box and we pull in with a dodge carvan or my truck if we take the little boat. i had planed on building a rack to hold the boat on the trailer but since i bought the crestliner i dont think i want to get back in the little boat. Anyway we love this trailer we have booked hoildays for about 6 weekends with it this summer. When we were buying it however if your looking on kijiji or something similar beperpared to act quick as the first 4 or so i called about ended up being sold by the time i got there and the one i bought had 6 people coming before lunch to see it
