Any updates on the ice on Rosseau?? I am a complete newbie to the area, and Ice fishing as well. Have a place up there somewhat close to windemere. Is that the spot to go to? Can you rent huts or is it better to just go out on the ice?

Awesome thanks. I have never been ice fishing (amazing I know) so looking forward to giving it a try. I have a place to stay right on the lake so should be good. Any advice on where to find a good map?

I hear lake trout are good in the winter. I will obviously ask around when I am up there, but thought I would just see if anyone has been. Oh well.

Thanks, anybody have any spots on this lake? I have been around Bass Island with some luck in the summer. It such a big lake its hard to know where to start.
