Where did you try?
-
...And capture the flag, british bulldog, red rover.
I still think Jack Guilford with the Cracker Jack commercials was prime.

Use a good quality swivel to reduce line twist. If things get gnarly, troll your line behind your boat, then reel it in with a finger pinch to provide some tension. Like Mike said, if your spool is overfull, you're in for a world of grief until you cut away the excess.

Those rang too, Danbo.

This has got to be one of the best of ALL TIME.

Mike, great to see shots of you, and some other OFNrs. That was tough work for a few feesh, but you did better than I did off Port Hope this morning, with not a single one of God's Perfect Little Aquatic Angels being harmed. Good Onya, and to Ryan too.

Footballs by the dozen. Great stuff.
-
I've got a top of the line Petzl. 3 AA batteries and one kick donkey LED. It is scary bright.
-
Thanks, TroutGuy, appreciated largely.
-
Nice feesh. I'm thinking about trying out of Port Hope on Sunday. Did you have any trouble with the water fleas?
-
Sure. Look in the plumbing section.
A Home Depot might be a better place. A Staples store would have some rubber elastic bands that would work too.
-
No, no. The 'mustard' is like the 'tomalley' from the body of a lobster. It's liver, and it's delicious.
So are the mudbugs.

Faboolas, faboolas. Great report, Mike and Cliff.
-
Attaboy, Sal. Congratulations on a Kash trophy.
-
Great photos. I enjoyed them plenty, with thanks.

Wrap the line around your pliers or cutters. A steady increase in tension reduces the chance that you will end up in the drink, or with your lure hooked into your forehead.
-
Pull up a chair, tune yer guitar, and pass me a beer. And welcome too.
-
A RAM mount for your 76 CSX is handy, plop it on your dash. The turn by turn directions function is supported too. That machine has saved my butt several times.
-
Best to you, my good friend.
And thanks, Marc, for posting this.
-
Nice feesh and a beauty musky! Thanks.

This is the same rig used in PEI for mackerel and cod. Two flies are used, baited or not, and a BIG weight, somewhere around 3 oz. No handlines or cod jigs anymore. I don't think that they call it Sabiki tho.
-
Welcome, come on in and make yourself comfy. Pass me a beer, will ya?
-
Great instructional video, Roy. That pretty much explains it all.

Sry I missed you there, b'y. Great to see misfish back in action on the board.

I use Fotosizer, a highly rated freeware program that will do batch resizes (many photos with the same command). Take a look.
