Gnoddy, you be talking about the back button? Some of the board patterns you can choose make you click the BACK button twice, a real pita. It might depend on the various flavours you have of three or four different softwares that could contribute to how the whole SQRMLE and stuff works together. I dunno.

As Bernie said, look at the very bottom of the page on the LHS, and you get to pick the way the board looks, the menu is called 'Skin Selector'. I am using 'OFC Driftwood' with Firefox 3.0.6 (Click on the very top where it says File / Edit / View and so on, then Help and select About. You will find the version of the Firefox or Explorer software that you are using right now).

No issues with the Driftwood pattern.

If it is spinning over, there is nothing wrong with your battery. You need spark and fuel to start the engine, and if it starts with the pull cord, you got fuel.

Back to ecmilley's comment. Look for something wrong with the spark during the cranking.

I was frustrated in trying to reach Rick OBanion by pm or email, and a mod or two had no more information about Rick's situation. So we ended up chatting on the phone for a while tonight.

Rick has been well, but well medicated for kicked in the nuts pain for a month or two, almost finished the wind-up, and the land of the living starts on Friday. He is back to work part time and sounds his normal, warm, generous self . He spects to be back on duty in a few days here at OFC.

I also asked about how the auction wound up, and if he'd gotten all the auction payments. Rick told me that every single promise was kept, except one, and never mind about that one. So, everyone square up. And thanks.

The plans we made to reclaim our Lakair pike trophy all had the same problem: Rick no longer has a boat. I can't say more, except the key is that we will somehow trick Roy and sneak away in his boat.

Another great example of that is the profession of dentist. I have no idea how much they make, but it might be in the range of 200-350 k or more. Yet, dentists have the highest rate of suicide of any profession. How hard could it be to do a little tippy tap, pick, poke etc.?

When I was in high school.it was all about the teaching.Yeah, I still skipped and failed classes,but they always tried to help me make it up.

That still happens, misfish. Except now the problems with the kids are even worse. Those kids in gangs, ignored by their parents, no respect, violence, all the social ills we been talkin bout, guess who gets to deal with that during daylight. Sometimes they show up for class, a gr 9 with 20 dime bags and a flick knife. 26 slime and mold filled portable classrooms, and 70 bus loads of kids every day. This happens in Halton region, btw.

The teaching still happens, and they try even harder these days, with credit recovery programs, opp or regional police on campus, adult ed courses and sidestream diplomas where you learn to read roadsigns, cook for yourself, and stay off welfare.

I can pick more than a few folks that would totally suck at that job.
