Well its been a long time since ic posted a report..... had to wait for trout openner and the ice to melt !

This is one of the best stories yet......

as we all know .... Jaques ( aka) leechman. got his PB speck yesterday.....Again CONGRATS!

well i was supposed to go with him that day but i called is SICK.........

so i decided to go today.....

well my cousin calls me......... let me call him THE LUCKIEST GUY ON EARTH!

to go fishing ....

Let me refreash all of your memories.. this is the guy i brouth musky fishing and on the first day he caught the FAMOUS 48 ''

RING A BELL?????????????

welllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.... we get to the lake .... and we fish this paradice from shore.....

we get half ways around the lake and he yells fish on...... im like OK more like STUCK AGAIN!

there are so many fallen trees in this lake... ask leechman he lost 4 mepps yesterday....

BACK TO THE STORY NOW!

FISH ON HE SAYS..... i look and hes into the fight of hes life...................

this speck is taking so much drag ITS INSANE!

a Couple of heart stoping moments thru the fight tho..... the speck takes the drag and goes underneth a sunken treee........

then aften it untangled it self free.... it goes around a STUMP!!!!!!!

im like MY OH MY hes going to lose this one......

good thing i hoooked him up with 10 lbs mono !

last thing i want to do is ice fish im SO SICK OF IT

i took all my ive fishing gear i literaly THREW everything in the far corner of my garage !

soft water cant come fast enough now .........stupid ICE!

yeah i got lucky that day.....

i had drilled holes 2 day befor that outting and the holes were not even frozen!

i took some of my old holes and those were the ones that produced....AGAIN!

im thinking that that whole erea is a hot spot!

it goes from 15 FOW to 40 -50 ish FOW!

MAN are those white fish ever active and fast tho!

i thought they were a lazy fish ........ but iv seen themn on the fish t.v. over view style!

jaques this is the second day stephanie out fishs me.....

its been hard on the ice the last couple of outtings....

but steph always gets a fish!

iv been skunked twice now.....

i guess its my turn!

the probleme isint the quantity of fish...

its just if there on or not....

lets hope that they get active this sunday!

Went fishing today......

let me tell you somehting... the bite was LIGHT here in QC!

tried everything...... we were watching the whities on the fish t.v.

they would come up to the bait......

look at it............ smell the fish fry....... nibble...it......lick it....

LIGHT ...light action

got two seriouse hits but lost them.

then.

my girl-friend...... worked the lil-foxxee PERFECT cause one hit and stayed ON!

she fought this one like a pro.....AS usual.

here it is.... her first and not the last i hope!

you guys talk about smoke ..... mine must be mint cause it dosent.

i use the abu garcia ambassadeur too.

i own a revo sx

a silver max wich does the hissing sound when i cast.

dont have the black max but i know exactly what your talking about.

if you fish hard ans lots.

i suggest you go and buy some spare pawls for both reels.

they tend to ware out if oyu fish in current or with heavy lures such as. buzzbaits , heavy spinnerbaits, and so on.

i absolutly love the reels they are so light and low profil.

you can barely feel them in your hand ...

a litle question for you what type of line are you using?

Mother nature ...What can i say about her when she is in her Glory!

We decide to hit our local walleye lake first the mornning bite!

None on the tip-ups but i was able to pull one out with The jigging rod THO!

a nice 2 lbs Golden Nugget for supper!

That was the only eye that was out to play that mornning so we decide to head up north!

we hit a shoal 20 FOW!
