Is the engine crank case losing oil or making oil.making oil is fuel getting into the crank case.

Is your oil black and have a smell of fuel.

Manual tillers have a mechanism to prevent the engine going into too reverse gear if not lock down.

Will the engine lock into place when it`s in reverse.Can not tilt engine up.

Broke the bait caster twice casting max weight spinner,once got hit by something really big,and off the windshield on a side arm hook set.

The 7 foot spinning rod twice on hook sets and one catching the trolling motor.

The 6.6 spinning once on hook set.

Haven`t broke the musky rod.

have 3 Compres and 3 HMGs.Broke the 3 Compre 8 time to never on the HMGs.

towing effort is all down low, so you want to have torque in the lower end of the curve.

But you will not get this if your not producing horse power at the lower.

it would be worthwhile to find out when the turbocharged engine puts out its peak tourgue vs. the normally aspirated engine..

 

id rather have 240lbs at 2000rpm than 258lbs at 4500rpm..

Has anyone ever tried to splice in a new transducer to the old cable....I would think you could do it in a spot that is protected from the elements...a little solder and some heat shrink wrap and it would be as good as new.

Not as easy as it seems.The cable is shielded and so if you do not get it right you will pick up frequency interference.A really bad splice and you can get

interference even from your bilge pump motor.

Broke one like that years ago.Did what Art says with some gorilla glue.sold the boat four years later and it was still intacked.
