  1. Most of the time the Built in Japan cars don't hold up to the

Ontario winters as well as the imports built in North America.

One of the main reasons for imports lasting longer then they ever have, Is they use steel

that is made in north America. So most of the older imports that are still on the road where

    built here..Not knowing it's a Lexus.

My self don't care what you drive. I just find it really fun that how people will defend thier

There cars. I'm just saying that steel made here is the best. ;)

  2. First, This is a National road safety act re-call. This means that the car is unsafe to be

on the road. They will first give the car company a chance to re-cal the said vehicles to do what

ever to make the vehicle safe . If they don't comply they will pull all said vehicle off the road.

Then theirs the manufactures re-call. this has nothing to do with safety

In a manufactures ra-call,If you don't have that vehicle you will not here about it.

In the Ford explorer. The final report was not the blame of Ford nor Firestone.

    It was the people themselves.

What they found. Is the front tires had 50 pounds of air.when there should be 36lbs.

The 50 lbs is the max rate for the tire they use. The engineers designed the vehicle for 36lbs in the front.

Most people read the pressure off the tire. the tire is made for a multitudes of applications, Not that

    one vehicle.

This is why you use the tag on the inside of the drive door. to find the proper inflation of your

    vehicle tires.

  3. GLEN: Like you said. A man has too LOVE his truck.

I got stuck once. On the ice. There was water on the ice.

I stopped,Then couldn't get no traction at all. Was pretty funny.

Their was no ruts or hole,Just very slippery ice. The truck just sitting

    with all four tires turning.

She got some weight behind her 7200 lbs dry.

Took 6 guys just to start the momentum.

Then last year.I help to push half a dozen vehicles out of the parking in Innisfil.

Jump in my truck and pull out still in 2 wheel drive.:lol:

Do want too get a tuner. But first want to do the engine and tranny .

No rush thou. Got another 800k to go. :)

    A 03 2500HD,6.6 Duramax. Just under 200k.

Have more braking surface on the rear brakes then most non-trucks have

on all four, And the fronts are bigger.

For fuel. the on board reads 13.4/100 and needs a service.

Once serviced will drop to 12.5.

I drive from Richmondhill to Bolton. A drive of 24k one way. There is 25 sets of lights.

I would call that city driving.

Last year was the first year of towing the Lund. The fuel mileage average about the same

    on the hi way.

My tow speeds isn't something I like to talk about, On a open forum. ;);) nudge, nudge.

  5. Always think, that brand new technology is great.

The one thing is the price.

So I tend to buy the technology that the new stuff replaced.

I just payed 1400 less on 2 year old technology.

I don't get the bragging rights that go along with new.

But, At this day an age some newer technology is not better the the

    old.

  6. Simple as "Hey man, look I don't wanna be a loser, but my wife keeps complaining about you guys parking here. I told her I'll take care of it... blahblah blah"

A comment like that. Would almost make me believe you have a set.

If it's truly private. I would tell him that if he doesn't park in the spot where I ask him to park.

That the law will be involve and you prosecuted to the fullest.
