Hi,
This is a question that seems to be in the gray area. From my understanding of the regs on the matter, I believe it would be lawful to carry a rifle for hunting moose and a shotgun for hunting grouse during the rifle moose season in Ontario but I'm curious what other people think or if anybody had this question answered by the ministry.
The regs state that only during the bow season it's illegal to carry a rifle or a shotgun.

Looked like a nuclear explosion from Wasaga Beach area. (Note: that's not the sun, it's exactly opposite from the setting sun).

Took these pics last rainy evening in Wasaga area and noticed how strange the clouds color changes inside de rainbow arch, looks like a curtain. Might be normal but I've noticed it before. Any scientific explanation? Is it the rain?

Hello everybody,

I just got downriggers on my boat today and headed out to Simcoe in the afternoon with another fisherman from this forum to test them and see if we maybe get lucky with lakers.

We marked fish but no hits so, we were wondering if anybody here would be willing to share on PM some tips for rookies 

We're planning on going out again tomorrow morning.

I did a compression test on a motor I'm planning on buying, a 2006 Mercury 50hp 2stroke oil injected. I got 120PSI on all 3 cyl.

I'm not a big expert on motors so, I'm wondering what that means? 

Still good? Enough life left for a few summers? Needs rebuild soon?

Algoma County is big and has thousands of lakes to chose that can be fabulous for walleye...A bit on the wild side tho
