I was stopped with my rod and rifle years ago ..
Was asked where I was going and what my intentions were , rifle was for target practice or protection against aggressive bears , the rod was for catching specks , was told if I shot a bear to report it , that was it , free to go .

Installing a controller isn't worth 500$
You can get a decent one for about 75$ , the adapter pig tail is usually hidden in the jack stowage ( if not there about 20$ at any parts store ) the connection is under the steering column , near the OBD scan port , then you'll need a 7pin female connector for the hitch end , a good unit that has 7 & 4 or 5 pin , since you have an import odds are you'll need a 4 to 5 pin converter somewhere in your wiring so another 60$ ..
So about 140$ + a case of beer and a good buddy in your driveway for about 30 minutes ...
With the cash you save it can pay for an extra few trips worth of gas to do some RVing .

Happened to me in '95 , not to this extent , but had it not been for a dog ( Doberman Pinscher )
the result may very well have been different for me...
I am not afraid of them nor do I want to hug one
I just gained a little more respect , as for the ugly cougars ... definately more afraid of those , wouldn't hug one no disrespect

Either stores should consider a location somewhere between North Bay and Sudbury .

A lake I fish , 100% of Walleye have them , not just one per fish either , the second the fish is dead or starts to die , the worms come out a lot longer than 3', has no effect on the fillets though .

If you have room to store a truck cap , put it on when you need it , best tent ever ! Plenty around for 500$ , might not look very good but works , nothing 50$ worth of spray paint can fix .

Nice ride ! congrats , thats some awesome mileage , Tonneau covers or dropped tailgates make the truck harder on gas ...fact.

Add a can of SEAFOAM and burn it in whatever burns gas. .actually if you buy some hamster bedding , soak up the gas with it , put it in muffin pans and pour paraffin wax on them , an awesome fire starter for camping .

All of Nipissings tributaries south of HWY 17 that flow into the lake on the north shore are closed to all species , including Smelt , MNR were laying fines last spring . I don't know what the boundaries are for the south side .
But with the raging waters , I wish you luck in finding any Smelt . I'm thinking this season will be awash .

Sleeper agent , false flag , conspiracy ...
total sympathy for the families involved ( victims )
Even if Patsy2 gives up he'll never come out alive.
Total Bull ... staged just like Oklahoma , 9/11, Sandy Hook , Dahmer ..... all a ploy to impose new laws and wage war.
Sorry .

I do not support the OFAH whatsoever, nor do I support the commercial netting idea in my back yard.
but FNs are not on a provincial level , heck they are darned near beyond the federal level, with that said, there is always a possibility of decommercialization (not a real word) but totally stopping netting of all kinds will never happen, traite rights are almost impossible to overturn.
sorry .

What kind of tow vehicle ? sounds like you need a 5 to 4 pin converter , if I remember correctly Powerflow makes one for about 20$.
*** edit , Outlander .
I'd say yep on the converter ..
