Looking for some cat fishing spots up in the barrie area, no more than 45 min out.

Hi Royston! My husband and I are just getting into fishing and only have the bare minimum so far. No boat as of yet. We'd love to meet new people to fish with and are in the Barrie area so that would be cool. It's just we still qualify as amateurs so aren't the best fishing companions yet! Haha! But we're definitely looking forward to meeting others to fish with. Keep in touch! :-)

This probably seems weird but I'm trying to locate ppl that are in the Barrie area to go fishing with. It's fun once in a while to go by yourself, and my other fishing buddies are now working out of town. Anyways if you're interested that would be cool

I live in Barrie, and all i really know for fishing spots that you don't need a boat for are end of Big Bay Point, the Gov. pier on 3rd or 4th side of Oro, and out in Angus. I would love to know how to get into Little Lake without going into the trailer park or something like that style of fishing. Thanks for the help

I eat salmon out of the Credit once in a blue moon, and I cut the belly meat off too, I find the meat to be a little more firm then if caught up in Wasaga, but fish is fish (for the most part).
