If the product is so poor this year why are they ahead of the sens in the standings ??
My fav Alfie moment....oh the grit and determination !!
-
It's because of leaf fan mentality that there is a waiting list for tickets. Hence why they will never do the right things to win. No playoffs in almost a decade and keeps raising prices every year......dumb fans
You buy a ticket to be entertained on the night you sit in the seat.Ottawa fans are amazing in their own right. No cup EVER and they both still show up at every game.
-
haha I wish, with a relative with his money and a successful hockey team that has top players in the league(although hurt at the present time), what more could you ask for.
You have a dilussional concept of success as it usually involves winning something in sports.....you know that big silver thing at the end of the year.Ottawa isnt even successful in filling the seats with fans.tsk tsk always the dumb little brother nobody cares about.
-
Never used them or are they being used by people I fish with or at any events I fish. Not that this is an indicator of how decent a rod they are but if they were that good I am sure they would be common.Kind of like the carrot stik craze a while back, now you dont see them. Go with the best you can that is in your price range.Remember a good rod will last you a lifetime if cared for properly so make a wise investment and you will not regret it.

I can just see the laffs fans lining up for Anderson Sens jerseys now!
Should be lots available considering the stands are full of Leaf jerseys.Must be tough being the dumb little brother that nobody cares about.
-
Kadri has same point total
Dont worry that too shall go over his head. The fact that the Sens are a couple of points ahead of the Leafs has also slipped by.
-
a stats guy eh? also a laff fan?
When pretty much anybody in the league would agree that he is the tops and teams dfence actually practice drills to contain him. I think there is some credibility to that claim.
And as a defenceman he has more points that the any laff player.
mmmm yeah thats how a winner is decided, the most points wins. Who in the league says he is the best player ?? All teams run drills addressing players and systems from each and every team. Might be new to you but that is how it has been done since the league began.
As far as having more points than any Leaf player...nice attempt at avoiding the question.
Have another whirl and tell us how he is the BEST player in the league , betcha cant , now THAT is funny !
-
I'd like to see anyone dispute Karlsson as the best player in the league
18th in gaols,104th in assists and 42nd in points. Strange stats for the best player in the league.

The connected generations don't have a clue because their heads are always pointed in the downward direction. Other than the electricity flowin through the cord TV used to be free and still can be. Of the 900 channels on any network how much repetition and reality crap (Which is as scripted as the day is long) is there? News, Reality and more crap than you can shake a stick at.. $70/Month for filler? $70/Month for dead air? And if you're watching leaf games for an extra $3 a month you are paying $3 too much. hehehe.
Red ? Red Green is that really you ?
-
NO!!!!!
Oh I am sure there are all other sorts and means of watching TV but my point being the ones who complain about purchasing Leafs TV are usually the ones paying for cable to watch their team of choice.
-
When you poor fans have to pay to watch a perennial basement dweller , thats a blackout. Haven't you poor souls suffered enough???
Last time I checked you have to pay for all TV viewing either dish or cable,no ?

Anything's possible in a 250!
Yep,trouble is you cn only do it once so watch closely.
-
Oh #### you can launch in Peterborugh and make it to Scugog for lunch!
I'll PM you.
LOL
-
How fast is your boat? Can you cover water, or need to stay close-ish to the launch?
I run a Ranger with a 250 on the back.
-
Had a terrible evening last Friday. Had a 12" LMB hit 3 times and finally caught it. That was also it for the rest of the day.
I'm sure scugog is always good for bass... well if you can find 'em!
Sounds like a persistant lil bugger. One is better than a skunk !
-
Bass are on fire. No Joke.
Sounds great ,was looking at launching from Island marina..good idea or no ?
-
Anyone hit scugog for bass lately, how did it go?
-
Port Rowan has a good launch and isn't very busy either. I was out there on the long weekend on the sat and monday. Bass were tough but both days were stronh east winds. We did manage a bunch of smaller ones though.
I havent checked the wind conditions yet but heres hoping for a west wind !

Between Long Point and Booth's Harbor on the Lakeshore Road is a place called Aker's, which has worked well for me in the past! I think it's $10 to launch...at least a couple of years ago it was...
Will have a look at them....Thanks Tracker !
-
old cut on long point is the farthest for you, but it's only $10 and usually the least activity.
booths harbor is good, usually not busy $20
turkey point is usually busy with a long ride in the channel to the lake, $20
checkout the channel 6-8 forum
Thanks,greatly appreciate the reply !

Looking for a decent launch in the inner bay,any recommendations? Anyone been out lately in the bay for bass, how did it go? Thinking of giving it a shot tomorrow.
Thanks

Congrats on the new purchase !! I was wondering what that new machine was doing parked in the garage.
-
I have one for sale,,drop me a pm if interested,

Ah don't let Muskymatt get to you. He doesn't love hockey, he dislikes the Leafs. Toronto could have Christ himself out there in a blue and white robe and then he'd be saying he can only walk on water cause it's frozen.
Come on Saturday night hockey!!
Naw, not even close. His game is a bit too obvious to get to anyone.Every post the same ....just lonlely I suppose.

I prefer carpet myself.I steam clean it once a year and use stain guard.Looks like new, easy to walk on in the heat and cold and never slippery.
