  1. BASS BOAT! Never will understand why people but a 12' then a 16' then a 18fiberglass then once there old and through a dozen they get the perfect rig....wait, I wont but a boat for 3...4...6 more years and when I do it will be a boat that will last me 10+ years...sure they are expensive to have and maintain but I would rather make 1 investment then well 4 or 5 ;) Just me personal opinion, I like the princecraft boat on Fish'n Canada, seems to be 6-10inches above the deck...not sure the model but it's a nice deep boat with "bass like" casting deck.

Pete came into Le Baron one time while I was still working there.

He was trailering that boat so it was sitting in the parking lot.

Let me tell you, that thing is a MONSTER.

  2. Hey Mike,

I talked to my dad who does kitchens by trade, but is an all-around handyman.

I simply asked him what he would use for grout on outdoor tiles.

"Cement, with an additive," he said. He said he wouldn't use grout.

Sounds like the advice you got on the mortar plus keralastic is sound.

  3. Good day folks. My wife and I are going to see Neil Young at Massy Hall on the 10th.

I have never been there before.

Could someone recomend parking and a place for a good dinner for us?

    This would be appreciated.

    Regards

If you give me a price range and style I can point you in the right direction.

  4. Wrong. Not all Canadian Tire stores in Ontario sell them. Most do, but a few don't.

My local C.T. store in St. Marys doesn't.

    Yup.

The one close to me stopped as well (Richmond Hill). It seems they can't be bothered with the paperwork anymore.

I'd advise calling ahead...although you'd think stores near Quite would still do it considering how close they are to the water.

  5. I think we can drop all the talk about his daughter, especially now that he has addressed the fact that his wife will be there and that the kid will be wearing a lifejacket.

The point of post was him asking for suggestions on which rivers to fish.

Steelie Hunter pointed out rivers attached to any of the Great Lakes. Live2Fish85, this is the best place to start. No one here will give you specifics, except maybe through PM. Get onto Google Maps, follow the Lake O or Lake Huron shorelines and pick a bunch to explore. A lot of the Eastern Lake O tribs are fairly close together, so you can try a few in one day, which will give your wife and daughter some change of scenery.

  7. Can't upload a picture to a thread either today. Something is amiss after the website being moved to it's own server.

This has been going on since Tuesday. But I didn't know the website was moved to another server. That would explain it.

  8. Sometimes inexperience is exactly that...inexperience.

You gotta learn sometime. I've been fishing for years but I never knew that you had to keep your fish seperate from the fish of the other people in the boat. Then again, I hardly ever keep fish anyways.

Seems like an honest mistake to me. If you believe their numbers, at least there were under the aggregate limit between the three of them.

  9. Whenever I try to upload a new avatar I get this message:

"The upload failed - there was a problem moving the avatar to the uploads directory. Please verify permissions are set correctly on the uploads folder."

    Any ideas?

  10. I know this is probably a stretch, but you never know.

I priced out two bundles of Unilock Stack stone, one regular and one coping and just about had a heart attack LOL!

Anyone on here have a source?

You never know, I know there's a few landscapers.

    Thanks, Mike

A friend of mine in Richmond Hill is a landscaper.

Even if he could get it for you would it be worth it for you to come pick it up?
