  1. Hey guys i need help. I have bin trying to find some rough cut white oak lumber. But sawmills dont generaly have websites or advertise in the yellowpages unfortunatly. Im workin on a cedar strip runnabout and need to replace a bunch of ribs.. Boatshops charge an arm and a leg i would rather give my money to some hillbilly in the woods with a family owned sawmill... Anyone have any ideas? Also anyone know where to find solid brass nails and screws?

  2. Don't blame the oil for a bad injector/oil pump.

Hey i log my oil and fuel consumption if it was a bad pump would have noticed one litre of oil every fifty litres of fuel.. Im not the only one who wont run synthetic in a two stroke. Im not tryin to start a pissing match just sayin i dont think it burns well. Dont know why. Dont care.. I just wont run it in a sled.

  3. Thanks for the info guys.. She took the bait deep. There was nobody to give it to so i took it home...filleted it was different to cut up. No bones i left the belly fat. My sister ate it for breckfast thismorning heavily breaded cooked in butter she called me and said it wasent too bad lol. On a side note it fought like a champ. My girlfriend thought it was a turtle at first the way it was fighting.

  4. Hahah i know the exact back lake your talkin about... No bever dam but a lodge on the left...small channel that opens to a medium lake. Lots of rocks better have your tinniy in reverse if you want to make it in there the camsite i have bin goingto for years is within eyeshot of this small channel.

  5. Big cliff the bears will leave ya alone as long as you dont sleep with your food!. Ive heard them on mysites before never bothered me but i guess theres always a chance. "The fishing was slow but we caught a bunch of eyes and a 46"muskie". Well thats pretty good "slow" fishing i would say"

  6. There are some lunkers in the big east river as well as trophy pike. Down by the dwyre monument has good acess for shore fishing. Best done in a canoe. Ive fished that river all the way from algonquin park down to arrowhead i get excited just thinkin about it.

  7. I've always done well at earle rowe. I used to camp there every may24 with my parents .. Chucking spoons above the dam produced ranbow prettyregularaly the colder the spring the better....and below the dam a big float and chunk of worm always kept us busy as kids with rockbass suckers and chub..
