  1. Go with a Crucial (or St. Croix) Flippin stick and Curado 7:1 reel...can't go wrong. 7'6'' heavy, fast taper. IMO, the BPS sticks are good, but a little heavy if you're putting in big days.
  2. Consider where you fish and how much running you do. Boat speed might be negatively affected by the extra weight of a second battery if you go with the 70#. If you're not dragging your boat through shallow water all day, the 55# should do the job. If you don't mind losing a little speed for better TM performance, add a second battery and go with a bigger TM. Good point on the charging of the batteries...it'll be a pain to have to remove both batteries for charging at the end of each day. Either way, I'd go Maxuum over the Edge for better speed control. For the length, you know where you fish. If it's important to have a lot of motor in the water, then go with the longer shaft.
  3. Nice Boat! That'll be amazing for summer salmon on Lake O and fall eyes on Quinte. I bought a bass boat from Greg at DT Powersports and the service has been great.
  4. There's a CSFL bass tournament on Haliburton on July 1st. It could be a little more crowded on the water than normal.
  5. This is my first post to the OFC fishing community. Thanks to TJ and all the members for creating and maintaining a great fishing resource.
