It was surprising to hear of their choice of Dubas. With so many other qualified GM's and hockey guys more proven and qualified for the job, out they come with a young guy with no experience who no one has heard of before. He built this team and is responsible for where they are today. I've said it before the puck was even dropped that you build a team from the net out. No goaltending and no defense is not going to be successful. Who knew Nylander was going to be a bust, that was unexpected but then hold out young spoiled brats are usually consumed by personal stats and don't pay the price to be a winner. With all the money they have locked up with the "superstars" it will be a tough time getting the pieces they need to win and hang on to them. 4 of the next 5 games are going to be tough games for the laffs and if they come out with all losses it will be anyone's guess that they even make the playoffs. Totally blown opportunity imo, there is no reason they shouldn't have got it right this time.

Was hoping to have watched the Sens game last night but the train wreck laffs game kept me glued to it. Lmao That was a performance for the ages and it's only going to get worse. Tampa is 2 points behind with 5 games in hand bahahaha Buffalo is a point ahead with 3 games in hand Florida is 3 points ahead with 2 games in hand Montreal is 3 points ahead with 3 games in hand Both Phili and Pittsburgh are 2 points ahead with 2 games in hand and they hold the wildcard spots. Silly laffs, when will they ever learn? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

As predicted the laffs have mounting injuries and are now 4-4-2 and on a 4 game losing streak. This isn't going to get better any time soon and I bet it isn't much fun in the laffs dressing room, which will only make things worse. Dubas's inexperience is showing big time and Babs is looking like an old dog who needs to be retired. Still no grit, defense or #1 goaltending because Shanny and Dubas built a team based on high talented self serving, stat oriented players who don't, or can't play a 200 ft game. Ahhhh….the dreaded blue and white disease....the gift that keeps on giving 🤣 I can guarantee that teams are not prepping too hard for games against the laffs. Discombobulated, and broken moral. Pretty much sums it up! Add to it the laffs were expected by the fans to win 82 game and sweep the playoffs in 16 games and the Sens were expected to finish last and suck doing it. Is that 5 losses in a row for the laffs? Talk in the hockey circles is there is a big problem with Matthews only wanting to play an offence game and not a 200 ft game. No grit, no defense and questionable goaltending. Not bad for 20 games into the season.

I have been saying it all along, no defense and no goaltending. And to that that a couple high paid so called superstars are underperforming, all it will take is an injury or two and yes there is a chance the laffs won't make the playoffs. I bet the tissues are piling up in the basements of laff fans moms at a record pace 🤣

Brown is supposed to be a decent player feom what i hear. He didn't get much of a chance to play for the laffs is what I hear. Harpur is slow and basically a pylon Ceci is slow, won't hit and has no shot Spezza is well past his prime, can still win faceoffs, that's it. The Sens gave up nothing.......absolutely nothing. So if only Brown works out, Sens will be ahead.

Sounds like the laffs are imploding by the sounds of what the hockey guys are saying. For sure they have to put it in perspective. You had a great season, have lots of good pieces and met a team in the first round that has a history of beating you. Its not that bad....... Could be worse....Sens?

I have a hard time blaming coaches when the players he's given are not the right pieces for winning. Add to that some players like Matthews, Marner and others who are still learning how to win and then Kardri who consistently hurts his team and you have what happened, a loss. The laffs and management are getting ripped to shreds on the sports radio and tv but what I see is only more challenges for next year. Cap and players salaries, only a 54th pick and players like Matthews who, in my opinion, is a whiner. No defense and no goaltending did you guys in and a huge opportunity was missed at the trade deadline. Now they will have to move salary and key players to get what they need. Same old same old for the dreaded blue and white disease team imo.
