Hello there... When buying a wire leader(s), is there something specific I should look for ? or is just all same regardless what brand it is ?

are those asian carps dangerous to other species ? wasn't there something about asian carp reproducing and spreading too fast? and do those fish only jump crazy when a boat goes by or something?

Thank you all for replies. I wasn't really asking what is right or wrong but I just wanted to know why just about all baitcast are right handles vs just about all spinners are left. Maybe some of you just use right retrieve on baitcast because it was what you had and just got used to it.

Oh geez... With spinner, I hold with right and retrieve with left. Why can't baitcast be able to swap the handle like spinners!? It would solve so... universal.

I would like to know... Why are most of baitcast reel have right hand retrieval ? For those who use left hand retrieve for spinner, do you use right hand retrieve for baitcast? Why is that ? What is the science behind this? Something to do with way you are holding the rod, reel? I would love to hear your experience on this. Thank you.

Hello again? I am looking for purchase a my ever Baitcast reel & rod combo and I have no idea what to look for what to get. On top of that I am cheap and I am not as hardcore as some of you. My budget is limited to $150 (after tax if possible). Another thing I do prefer is left-hand retrieve reel. Any recommendation as to which brand/combo to get and where to buy from. (local shop would be prefered) Thank you!
