I am jealous and happy for you.

I love my 16' with 30 yammy wasted space vessel. Each their own I suppose.
Keep looking and you'll find your new-to-you boat.

picking fiddleheads is another ritual of spring,
In Oakville, things are about 2 to 3 weeks behind normal, I thought I was still going to be a little early but it's actually late
Enjoy Chris! I am jealous.
-
whats your favourite recipe for fiddleheads???
Steamed or boiled (drained) with a pat of butter, salt/pepper and splash or two of vinegar. Oh yeah... with boiled taters and fresh Atlantic Salmon helps (else rainbow or speckled trout). That's how I was raised in New Brunswick.

Congrats. Nice set-up.

Nice.
French's Mustard really saves the day and can be the difference maker on your Johnsonville brat while out for the day fishing. Pick up a bottle at your favorite retailer. In stores now at Walmart and Superstores.

I agree. I watch some of the shows more for the fish porn. Sometimes I learn and/or choose whether to drink the advert kool-aid. Other times, I just see fish boated/frabill'd. So should I wish the host bad luck just because he sells his soul to a?sponsor but yet enjoys what he does for a living? Naw. I am actually happy for Charlie and not critical of him. It's just advertising plain and simple. I don't see how it's any different in other sports. The fishing guys have to say it more because they don't have tv timeouts like on live hockey, or ads wrapped along the side boards, or Molson/Coors banners and flashing signs hanging from the stadium.
How about football, kick off, commercial, 3 and out, commercial, change of possession, commercial, touchdown, commercial, extra point, commercial, kick off, commercial etc.

I prefer feet.

...and then there are others who are not in a comipission or urination celebration.
"I caught a decent fish. It made me happy. I decided to release/eat it. It brought me great joy and I believe I will try again."

Now you're talking. Add in a wonderful east coast BEvERage like Moosehead's Alpine Lager and you just made a meal any NBer would be happy to consume. You forgot the home fried taters and onions to go with it.

That's the best time to have them. And with an order of over easy eggs and toast. Delicious.Excellent, however , smelts for breakfast, not sure about that

A lot of happy 88 fans tonight. I am happy for Dale Jr. It's been a while since he won a plate race.

Welcome to the forum. It's nice to see another London area fisherman.

Wow. 4 weeks for a replacement is long. I didn't have the same experience though I had a card through one of the big banks and am an employee (back office IT). I dont believe the employee aspect made a difference. BTW, not advocating or selling here....
-
The only real value I see in having two cards is if things go wrong you have another card for purchases while the other gets sorted. The credit limit shouldn't matter so much cause the banks will sort you out anyhow. I suppose the less damage by a fraudster means a situation gets sorted more quickly.
If folks don't use credit cards much anyhow, probably one card can still suffice. Even with the inconvenience of a situation and perhaps a visit to a bank branch, you can be back in business with a new card fairly quickly.
Just my thoughts.

Welcome and nice pics.

I always thought you were kinda sharp Art. Now we know your wicked edge secret! Nice job on the knives.
Cheers,
Mike

This is truly awesome.

Wow. Some people just don't have the brain power to be respectful members of society. Sorry to hear
-
That's a wild backlash! The thumb trick works really well. Sadly, I didn't fish much last summer and am craving a backlash (the fishing kind only).
-
It's great to hear you are in the mend Simon.
Cheers,
Mike

Awesome display of goodwill and spirit. I am a big fan of Canadian Tire and a proud shareholder. The company is a great Canadian corporation.
-
I just read this to my wife. Told her i had a touching story to share. She was thoroughly entertained...eventually. Haha.

Same here Mike. I got 90K on the original Goodyear Wranglers on my RAM.So my tires are finally caput... 90,000 km on em...
I can't afford BF all terrains again at about $350/tire...
So I'm looking for your personal opinions/experiences with truck tires... Make and model would help...
I priced around a fair bit and finally decided on Canadian Tire Motormaster Total Terrain A/T2. Bought 4 for price of three after discussing with the automotive manager. I am very happy with the purchase.
Trolling was a great idea today

I'd say you have things figured out quite well.
