Extra tie down hooks for your ice hut little windy at times... Good auger as the maps are never correct on depth location.
Never caught a ling there and walleye is always a surprise

I got an email today from Sail that might be good. Then again, they have limited stock...
Since Sail has "restructured" I hate getting the daily e-mail about the great sale they are having.. only to find that is really only a $7898.00 coat on sale %60 off..
The black Friday e-mail was no different.. but worse.. most of the fishing stuff was in-store only or limited stock.
No deals to be found online.. there are a bunch of local shops running great deals but in-store only

That's the cat's arse for sure. With a regular quad no matter how good the tires are and how much power it has if you get the frame hung up you are stuck. Same with a 4x4 truck. Out of curiosity, have you ever deliberately tried to get it stuck like in a deep drift just to see if you could?
I did some drift testing.. just like a little tank just plowed through. If a snow mobile could go I could make it.. up hills is an issue as a snowmobile could get a run at it.. I just plog along
We also did a slush test and again it just plowed through.. I do not recommend it on a super cold day as the ice build up can cause an issue.
My bike is a 450 so fairly light..

Now a boat drivers test i could support.
Instead of parallel parking they test you at boat launching and retrieval
250hp or more special requirements and license to ensure your not an A $$.
Jet ski owners must get a learners ticket first.
Government finding more ways to make boating expensive.

I think this was the first year I never launched at Port Maitland.
It was only a few years ago you could show up and it was deserted. I went there a few times in early July and it was standing room only with trailers parked down the rd waiting to launch
I blame the internet
.
Nice to see you caught lots of fish this year.

You would think that Canada would fix this issue by now. In the USA you can get anything you need online here .... oh you want that contact a dealer that's only open til 5pm and is 100K away.
I found that there are tons of fake Canadian dealers online with super inflated prices.. When you look at the contact us and the address use google to see it and find out its a field or park somewhere.
Online good luck at finding specific parts...
For oil and filters this year I had great success with https://www.royaldistributing.com/
Delivered in a week via purolator.

Unfortunately a life vest with the water temps is not going to help. Any life vest approved in Canada will do it more about comfort and personal choice.
I personally away use a floater suite for cold and mustang Deluxe Sportsman in the warmth. I add lights and whistle to both.
Just always make sure to put it on.

no issue camping even with snow. Hint if you have moving blankets put them on the floor of the tent and under the tent fly. They are insulated and will keep the moisture down and heat in.
If you have a cot also helps keep you off the ground.
Some parks are open till November but lots close this coming weekend.

I don't have any trouble bringing a 16 lb Torpedo up from over a 100'. But I am bigger than most guys.
Its when you just drop it too the 100' and set up them pop the clip that I hated

I have both, Electric is the cats butt... yet manuals are smaller and lighter.
If you plan on really doing the down rigging go electric. If cost and time spent are concerns manuals are just as good.
one note if you plan on running heavy weights manuals will be a workout. I use manuals on like Erie and when camping 5-8lb weights
