Normally i'm a bass guy but a friend of mine wanted me to try catching a few salmon with him. AWESOME experience. At the end of the day I didn't want to get back into the truck and head home! Totally different way of fishing for me, this past weekend. These fish can pull:) Just thought I'd share my first one!

What's the bass fishing like in rivers/creeks this time of year? Haven't been out in a while because I've been in school!

Just saw an advertisement for bombshell turtle soft plastics. Not sure if anyone else has seen them or gave them a try. What do you guys think? Kind of a cool idea in my opinion!

I've been fishing for a number of years now and i'm looking to take up fly-fishing next spring. Im just looking for suggestions on a decent newbie set of equipment. Money is no object here and I don't plan on "cheaping out" but i'd rather not spend an arm and a leg. Ideas/suggestions anyone?!

TONS of underwater vegetation at Valens. Reeled a bunch of that stuff in last time i was there... Nice place though!

Hey guys, just wondering if any of you guys have fished 16 mile creek before. I've been there a few times now and have only caught smallies. You guys pulling anything big out of this creek? I also drove by 14 mile creek the other day. Anyone fished there before?Looks like it could hold some fish, just wondering if anyone on OFC has ever checked it out?
