What's the right way to winterize the lower unit? I have a manual pump and this will be the first time doing it myself? I'll also check utube but any advice or technique will do.

Amazing, using the boat here and it gonna be a quite few weeks yet before ice. Still, looking forward to the upcoming ice season.
