I was having a hard time finding a good solid millwright for a job we had posted it was tithe point that we were going to bring a headhunter in

Had 1500 lookers at the posting and 2 resumes

I brought one in and by the time I got him a quater of the way into the machines he was responsible for plus the day to day grind he looked like he saw the reaper and was going to have kittens

It's tough there are a lot of big projects going on around the country and the cream or long timers are tied up. I don't see a lot of interest in getting dirty with the new generation not bashing them but not seeing a backfill happening could get very ugly in the near future as the majority of what's out there start hanging up the tools

Well you know what's wrong it's not hard

for the price you pay for the mech buy a basic rachet set take the starter off take it to a starter shop and get them to rebuild it or just take it off ask them to match the spring and do it yourself you plan it right done in a day just saying it's not rocket science you may lose a little DNA though

Hey, I was carping down at Hammy Harbour on Saturday and was watching all you guys run by me, throwing axes at a target, and continuing on to another challenge.

 

Looked pretty grueling, so congratulations to you, Biteme.Esq! ( I get exhausted just hauling all my carp gear around.. lol )

the whole event raised $40834 with a goal of $60000

I started out with a goal of $1000 and managed to get just over $2000 by race day

I want to say first I have a deep respect for police and the job they do!!!

That being said this turd was way out of line..... a kid on an empty bus with a small knife

2 cops with guns (where was the taser) and all the time in the world to keep him on the bus and wait for a dog

anyway he was way out of line after the second shot not to mention the next 8

this guy should not be on the street his butt should be in a cell awaiting his appeal this is really bad optics and just plain wrong

he should be banned for life from firearms and never be allowed to be a cop anywhere

and before it happens his situation was secure and he was not in danger it was way over the line

put him in general I certainly don't want to pay for his special treatment turds should be flushed

Were these southern alligator gar or our northern longnose gar? I think there is a bit of a market for the alligator gar down south but here it would just be individual anglers. They are a very hardy fish so there isn't a need to help them recover in a livewell. Maybe they were put into the livewell to accommodate filming the show?

I hate to say it but I ran royal purple for 4 years on my Johnny 4 stroke 50 best thing I ever did for that motor guy that has it now has run for 3 more years with and it still purrs like a kitten if it wasn't peeing you wouldn't even know it was running at idle and get a Fram equivelant filter you won't regret it

I wouldn't buy any of them.

I've had Ford and GM vehicles and my folks have had a few Dodges.

I owned 1 GM and that was all it took to put me off them for life.

Dodges are crap too. Lot of electrical and tranny issues.

Fords are the best of the bunch but I still wouldn't buy one.

I will be replacing my current vehicle in a couple of years and will be getting a pick up.
