Hey all, Im looking into buying a boat but its difficult since I dont drive, thought these may be a good alternative, does anyone know anything about them from personal experience???

Ya I really didnt think they'd be hitting it as hard as they were but in 6-8 ft of water it was working amazing, I was fishing for bass to be honest, but as soon as I noticed the pike striking I figured wth why not lol

It was the same lure as the other day. Heres a pic, you can find it at canadian tire but I cant find it anywhere online. Here is a pic of one very similar, but the one I was using had a single hook through the bottom.

3 Weeks ago I was fishing and had my line snapped, didnt know how, just snapped. Was fishing today in the same area, saw some line in the water and being the environmentalist that I am hauled it into the boat to dispose of it correctly, the end of the line had about 10 pounds of weeds tangled on it. Underneath all of this was my crawfish heres the pic. I love this craw

Good advice thats for sure, second time one has snapped my line.

Just got back from Canadian Tire, got the lure and a few more like it, here are some pics from this morning. Was a nice overcast day on the water, gogt off 5 mins before a down pour :D:D

caught 3 more this morning, lost the lure I caught them all with though on a bigger one lol. Going to Canadian Tire to replace the lure.

Hey all, Im pumped. I caught my first pike in 14 years yesterday. Was fishing for bass but he hit my top water frog. He wasn't the biggest pike in the world but he sure was fun. Take a peek. Its 5:14 am here and Im about to go and hit the water again. Be back with more pics soon

I grabbed it up from my local canadian tire yesterday. Im ordering more just like it but with hooks out of the top. Just bought another frog with coiled legs that extend when jigged, heading out tomorrow morning to see it work its magic. Will let everyone know how it goes.

I was using this new top water frog today, dont remember the name of it, but it was absolutely awesome. Only thing i got any hits on all day. The only downside of it is it only has a single hook out the bottom of the frog which tends to result in alot more missed strikes. Im new and I missed alot. Check it out

No, before I posted this I tried to turn it on and fried it , so much for forward thinking. lol.

My Birthday was last weekend so my gf, being the awesome gf she is got me a birthday cake based on one of the bass I caught over the holiday. Check it out. Btw I wanted Tacos for dinner so it turned into a Mexican theme, as you can see.

pics working for me lol. Ya im looking back and laughing already, after the trip to telus for a new phone, future shop for a new digital camera and the bank for all new cards lol. Didnt lose any rods or tacklre though, bonus i guess lol.

So I was fishing two days ago with a friend of mine, the water in the river was peaceful with a slow current, he decided to change a lure and made one wrong move. With a full OPEN tackle box and three rods we went tumbling into the river. I swam over frantically and closed my tackle box before swimming the flooded canoe to shore. After figuring out my cell phone and digital camera were now toast we paddled back to camp to change and have some hot coffee. The following is a picture of my tackle box when we got back to shore. And the worst part is we didnt even get a bite.
