  3. We were out last night for an hour or so scoping out some new area's to fish ,the black flies are awfull back in the bays but not bad at all closer to the lake. As soon as you start heading down the river you get the flies,it doesn't help that there has not been a dragonfly hatch yet as of 8:50 am Thursday June 4.
  4. Oh! I'm sure catching all those bass was an accident, just like the 48" Muskie that was brought in for a photo opp. Todd (my husband) grabbed that fish so fast that it made everyone's head spin.
  5. It has been tough, the water is still pretty high and had to scrape snow off the windshield of the boat! Our group, first timers, were pretty successful last week with "football size bass" a bunch of Pike and a BIG one that they missed. They couldn't find the Walleye though. I should mention that we, they were fishing the Upper French river near Lake Nipissing.
  6. We are on Sandy Island, east of Hayes Narrows, I have never fished there but I'm sure there is Bass there cause there is lots O' Bass and Walleye here and we are not to far away. If you get there and need something...gas, water whatever. We have a little convenience store. Stop in and say hi, let me know what the Narrows are like. Our location VS The Narrows Have Fun Fishin!!!! Dawn
