I use a aerator and a siphon filter that hooks up to the aerator. And a cheap filter that hangs on the side of a Tupperware container in my garage, the moving water helps with freezing. On real cold nights I run a standard issue light bulb beside the tank for some heat. I keep large minnows all winter when I can get them

If you don't plan on registering the boat than you'll just need 2 Bills of sale, one for the trailer. One for boat and motor to prove you now own it. If you want to register it than get 3 boat, motor and trailer. There is a form online that shows what they would like to see on a bill of sale as far as information goes.

Thanks guys just ended up ordering the Cals grease.

Curious what grease I can use on the Carbon drag washers, do I have to use the over priced grease labeled "Drag Washer Grease" or can I get away with something of the Canadian tire shelf?

I agree! Whatever you do dont go around pulling every Milk jug and bleach bottle off the lakes you visit oh and don't pick up spare change you find sitting on the golf green.Maybe the guy lost his phone, wallet, or whatever overboard there? If its not yours, leave it alone. My parents taught me that when I was just a child. Now, if the buoy was floating around, not anchored, then yeah, pick it up as litter.
IMO it was pretty clear someone had set it there for a reason, and you had no business messing with it.

Going pretty good out there right now, I saw 8 in about 20-25 mins over st.catharines

I'd of left it, what if they'd dropped something over board and dropped the marker to recover it later, maybe they were marking a dead head that they hit. If it was a obvious marker with a weight probably there for a reason

just below "expires dec 31" is 14. would be nice to add '20' in front of that. but maybe it's their plan to catch people with unknowingly expired cards lol
Do you have a bunch of expired credit cards in your wallet as well?

Sounds good. Maybe a transmission cooler kit installed on my future car might be a good idea before I start to tow stuff, just because I want to keep whatever vehicle I get for a long time. Does anybody have any experience with the ford ranger 4x4 trucks? I believe they had a 4.0L V6 option too... Could be another potential car to look into.
I've had a 4x4 ranger since 2009 it's a 4.0l V6 and it's been a great vehicle. Other then regular stuff like brakes, and the 2 front wheel bearings I have done anything to it except for oil changes I've put 100k on it . Just not a lot of room in the cab not so good one piece fishing rods Or passengers . I put a fibreglass cap on it and have used it to sleep in on several fishing trips fits a air mattress

If the previous owner had the boat registered with numbers on the front I'd remove them if you plan on running a 9.9, you can register the boat but then you'll need to pay tax on the bill of sale for the boat
