I play 3 on 3 hockey in the summer with AA A and AAA players from all over. I keep up with them, can skate back and catch them, and i scored 4 goals in one 3 on 3 game on a AA goalie.

I was second top scorer on team finished with 18 goals and about 7 assits. Highlight of season was scoring 2 goals a game for 3 games straight in a tourney then scoring one in the last game. But i totally agree with your perfect practice makes perfect theory.

Thanks John F.And yes talk is talk, when people say i have NO SHOT IN HELL like many have just gives me more motivation to prove em wrong. OH and ill be going to a hockey camp called Chris King hockey school. He brings a couple of pros form the leafs with him and i get to meet them all, ill definitely ask for some pointers. Ive made the decision on what i want to do. I think im going to try to have a solid season big hits, lots of goals, nice passing. Then im going to try out for AE A AA AAA and see where i get picked and if i dont get picked i know where i sit and what i need to do.

I play between housleauge and ae i think i could be the A or AE team but i dont want to try out my dad coaches and i have way too much fun. I dont want to move up its too much the tavelling thats why i want to wait and devolop more skills where i am and then make the jump. OR get the scholarship.

Just wondering has anyone here every had the chance to make it to the nhl ?How close were you, and why didnt it work out? Its always been any kids dream to make the NHL, and of course its mine. I tell people thats what i want and they laugh, i think it pushes me more. Im 14 playing select hockey for a Brampton team. How would someone go about this, through university?,through a tryout?, or just being scouted, i know i dont have the best chance probably 1 in a 1000000000000000 chance,just curiouse. L.A

Just wanted to share what happend today. I am 14 years old i live in Brampton. I am in grade nine a attend a local high school. Today we went into a lock down. We were left in the school till 5:30! Heres what happend: Around 2pm two gun shots were heard right by the community centre 2 minutes away from my school.Later the wounded man was found behind the rec. The police and swat team put our school into lock down. After being in lock down for an hour a two police officers and swat member with a AK47 (i think) unlocked our door. Asked us if we were ok and then said they would come back and it would bea short while. so almost two hours later i am let out. I find out that someone was shot in the FOOT. The police were looking for atleast two suspects. We had 3 swat guys outside armed and 7 inside in the hall ways. There wre rumours one of the men involved ran into our school to hide.A sunny brooke chopper landed in the middle of our soccer feild and took off. No further word yet. But honestly this is getting rediculus! I do not feel safe anymore. I cannot walk down the street with an ipod and a phone and not have to wrry about getting jumped for it.

Been there 3 times (for 7 days each time). For walleye, you want to go into the open, if im not mistaken is it hunters bay? Drop a pink jig head and worm about 25-40 feet down and just jig. Youll get some keepers. As for pike just fish the structure and it takes lots of patients and lots of casts. Enjoy La

Well im sure mostly everyone saw that disgrace(caps vs pens). Mike the bass fisher and i were having a debate on who is the better all around player. Just my two cents. Ovechkin has killer energy spurts and can take off at any time. He throws huge hits and is a real good leader as well. His shot is amazing and he has a great sense for the game. He also had 7 more points than Crosby in the season. Crosby, can set up better plays i will admit and knows where to be at the right time as well. He has his fair share of goals too. I personally think that Ovechkin is better because of his feistyness and his ability to get to the net using unique moves never really seen before. I also think that Crosby can be a bit of a suck sometimes. Now im sure people have heard this, that may agree or dissagree. I just think that he sells his dives and goals a little too much. He trys to glorafy everything, with Ovechkin, it is just natural. He gets the puck,gains speeds,makes his move,comes in and snipes. This is just my opinion like i said i would like to know what everyone else thinks

I think carolina will win the series and take on the caps. Ovie will turn it on all the young guys like backstrom,semin and even older guys like ,federov, kozlov and clark. The key is Varlamov. If the Canes win this series i truly believe washington is the faster better team. When it comes to Chicago i honestly thing their young roster will Patty kane on fire and Byflugien in front of Osgood they will do ok. I dont want detroit to win it again.

I believe caps deserve it more, i cannot stand Crosby and they had their shot last year.

Just wondering what people think on who will take the series. any cup predictions. Mine are Chicago Washington(if washing ton wins and beats Carolina)

jig head live bait nothing but caught a 4 pound bass about 12 catfish about 6 perch and 1 10 pound sheepshead. If you wanna get fancy toss a frog into the weeds(weedless from that it) Fished in south shore seems to work for us last time all we used was jigs! good luck

Tucker is my new "Jug" puppy (Jack russel X Pug). He went for his first vet check on Monday. He is really healthy no over bite or under bite. Lungs are great. He weighs 5.2 pounds and is 6 inches tall. Ill attach some pictures

Glad to hear it! The dog i got wont be here because hes not old enough yet.He has to get a vet check on the 31st of april then ill have him around may 10th! When i take the annual trip up to nipissing i would love nothing more for my dog to come out with us on the boat,but no dogs so we have to leave him with a friend who lives in washago by the black river i think.
