nice work!
we were out in Hoggs Bay for a few hours tuesday night with only one pike to show for it .
had to keep moving to keep away from the bass.
also just about removed my skeg when we strayed out of the channel , luckily slowed down before the impact
will be out on simcoe Friday rain or shine and hope to do better

Try a polite conversation with the Galaxy Cinema manager informing them of the situation and if your so inclined offer to help !? It appears ( may not be ) that the garbage came from thier dumpster .
May help them show themselves as 'good neighbours'.

Bracken grow via 'runners' so the individual shoots are seperate .( Single)
Fiddle heads ( Ostrich ferns) grow in clumps with several shoots together.Look for a little mound from the previous years gowth.
Never tried morels , would they be in the same areas at fiddleheads?

Yes buy the Berkley ones Rizzo I picked up a pair they were 11.99 each. One set on each side no matter how rough it gets the rods seem to stay in place.
Here is a pic right side and no my buddy didn't fall over them.
made my own couple years back ( left over pvc and s/s bolts) but think I may change em out for the store bought ones.
Mike what type of rod holders do you use and how do they mount ? My downeasters won't fit on the rail and can only be used on the transome.

yes we did the smae and spoke with our pharmisist as well.
always a bit scarey when anything is followed by the word 'disease'
combination of diet ,exercise and drugs will help ... IF that is what it is.

well in at 9 am for the procedure
Surgeon walks in and after review of the MRI thinks that there is no tear in the cartilige but suggest the scoping would still be a good idea.
No tears , ACL ok But lots of inflammation and fluid
Few hours later we are on our way home.
Very painfull but the painkillers seem to be working ok.
will have to wait the outcome of the blood tests for more info.
He is suspecting Lupus .. will know more in 4-5 days .

don't know your area
but if you miss out this spring ( they don't last long) keep an eye out for the mature plants ( ostrich ferns) during the summer months and make a mental note.Wet boggy areas are the key
good hunting
Now if I could just find some morels

Thanks for all the best wishes and advice .Sounds like following directions for a smooth recovery is the key.
Bad news is surgeury has been pushed to Saturday
For the inquiring minds it was a couple of falls in the driveway late in the winter and a bad encounter with a patio umbrella ( don't ask)
