I use to have a boat with no top................and that's exactly what I used (2 patio table unbrella's) and they worked great ................1 in the bow of my boat that went in the planner board mast holder and the other the driver just held on to..............wasn't pretty but it sure worked good................Jeff

I was watching that TV show "Myth Busters" before and they had a episode were they we're trying to blow up a shop vac or get it to catch on fire by sucking up gas............The gas would not ignite no matter what they did they drilled holes in the motor compartment so fumes got in there and numerous other things and nothing happened..........With that being said I wouldn't try it.........JHM

No I caught it right out front on Fishmaster's shop on the river.................

That was a crazy morning ...........My brother In-law stiffed me........... I wanted to go down river and try it there but my Yukon is to heavy to pull by myself so I set up right in front of Fishmasters shop..............And boy did that pay off.............I caught 3 walleyes lost another 3lber at the hole and another fish half way up............This must be a fresh run all dark beautiful yellow walleyes..............I marked all kinds of fish out there today.............Only left to be with my Valentine.............Steve set me up with a taxidermist I'm going to table mount this BEAST..............Steve said yesterday that the bite should pick up because of the solar moon cycle thing (I thought it was a bunch of crap) but I'm believing now...............I actually only kept this fish because my trailer hook got caught in the gills that happened on 2 fish today............So if you plan on releasing your fish you might not want to use stinger hooks............JHM ;D............I usually don't smile in my picture's but I can't stop smiling now...............LOL

Wow.................. It was crazy cold out this morning extremely windy.............Marked a few fish on the Marcum managed to catch one nice walleye............Caught on a large Buckshot and minnow...............Ice was 3-5" where we checked right in front of Fishmasters shop if anyone decides to go out make sure you talk to Steve there was open water in certain area's on the Grand yesterday.................Here's a couple picture's...............JHM

Well after a tough morning ( zero fish) I asked Steve for some advice where to fish this evening ............And man did he come threw for me............We hammered them............8 fish caught kept 7..........The bite is on go see Fishmaster he'll put you on them.........Most of the fish we're caught on small buckshots (silver and black was the hot ticket) unfortunately for me my brother had the only one......... glows only caught a couple fish..........I hope you have some in stock I'll be needing some in the morning............ Hey Goober..........I would recommend buying a Vex. or Marcum there's all kinds of used Vex's right now on the different message boards at really good prices.........$200 you could find a good Vex.......You can always find a used portable finder cheap........You'd be way under $450........Nothing against the IceMachine I've seen them they look great but a Vex will last for ever I don't know how many year's those LCD"s would hold up under the tough ice fishing conditions...........Just my 2 cents ..........JHM

Today Myself, Cliff, John and my brother went to Lake Scugog..........We ended up with a total of 5 Walleye and 3 big Crappie............JHM ...........There was at least 75 people fishing around us........use caution shore line is broken up a bit........
