love the vids. curious - what kind of camera do you use? looks like it's rigged directly to the line? are you watching it in real time while you're fishing?
Water wolf camera and you can't watch it in real time. I hope that becomes a feature in the future.

Good stuff!
How long were you on the water for?

Try getting a float rod with good warranty. I’ve broke my raven rod a few times by accident and was able to get new pieces for it at a low fee.

Thanks. I enjoy making these

Thanks for the reminder to use sunscreen

Very good footage. Shows how close they follow without biting. Those Scandinavian lures look awsome especially the Westin ones. Heres some Rapalas that we don't get here
https://www.normark.fi/kalastus/vieheet/rapala-vieheet They have videos when you click on the picture of the top 3 lures. The Scoop is a copy of a Luhr Jensen Quiver which I have and have fished for salmon with no luck. Maybe pike is the proper quarry which would be weird for a Luhr Jensen product
I contacted Rapala Canada about those 3 lures a few months back. They told me that they aren't sure if they will bring them in to the Canadian market and to check back in fall. I would like to get my hands on them if sold locally.

Water wolf underwater camera and you tie it on your line and add a leader with your choice of lure.

Call the MNR tip line next time you see a violation. I usually receive a call the following day from a MNR officer that followed up on the tip.

Just got power back 30mins ago and been out since 6pm.

Thanks for the report

Good stuff Dutch! Catching a fish in your backyard must've been the cherry on top.

Did you guys place an order for the magic lure from Phil?
-
Haha... thanks guys
I also wanted to share this...
I bought a Waterwolf camera last year and had lots of fun using it. It was cool to see what was happening under water.

I hope they find the person(s) responsible and make sure they never fish again. This really ticks me off.
Wow that's brutal

I own a RV9 and it works well for west and east tribs. My buddy has both and only uses his RPX for bigger water like the niagara. He says its too strong for fishing creeks, two steps back and fish are already on the bank.
Also I didn't know upgrading was a option.

That's a good outing for a few hours.
I can't wait for walleye opener and thanks for the tips.

Nice one!
I wish we had crappie of that size over here.

I agree, take it back and tell them the situation. A manager will allow you to return it or exchange it.
I've seen people return fish finders.
