Now think of the monetary value of that fish the gas, tackle, food bill for fours years worth of trips. For me, that's reason enough to support C&R

This put a smile on my face

The small lakes in that area have been pressured for a long time now, but there's some still some good fishing to be had. Use MNR fish online tool to find some of the stocked rainbow lakes in the area, awesome fun in the summer
But how do you get into Pleasant

If your feeling adventurous Try Desperation by ATV trail. There is a moose camp on it and its really isolated which is something I enjoy.

Well I guessed ice out in Algonquinn correctly so hopefully I guess this one correct.

Given that it was zero at the surface I would assume that it was zero all the way to the bottom.
Actually the warmer water will be on the bottom as water at its densist is 4 degrees.

In southern ont its getting harder and harder to find 4 season trailer parks because the municipalities can't collect as much tax. So they are rezoning and bylawing them out of existence so they can feed their greedy troughs.

Brake Line vs a couple trout in the boat. So I'll ask, would you do the trade again? Some nice fish.

Go buy yourself a predator call. (It sounds like a wounded small animal) When I lived out Bright way I use to call em in and shoot them with my bow in my front yard You should be able to call them in to visual rasnge and actually observe their behaviour.

Just wondering if there's any info around about the Grand upstream of Belwood? All the internetting and Googling I can do has come up empty. The GRCA website has little info on anything even in the Grand Valley area. At first glance I almost thought it might be a decent speckled trout fishery. Any wisdom is appreciated.
There are no top predators in this stretch of river and summer temps are a tiny bit to high for Brook Trout survival. You can find the odd dink smallmouth around. Many years ago @92 we had a plan in place and a commitment of eggs from the Bow River for stocking it and trying to create a resident rainbow trout fishery but whirling disease was running rampant in the rockies at that time so it ended up being nixed. We tried to find a suitable resident population here in Ontario but there is really only one fishery here and it was deemed to fragile to use for brood stock/egg collection.

Noticed a lot of the Michigan Dirty going on there.

This is a great time of the year to fish the Mary Ward Shoals. Right at the feet of blue mountain at north winds beach. You don't need a big boat I've fished it in my pontoon and a canoe. Flat lining bows and lakers.

Heres the only thing that matters when it comes to owning a fishing/hunting resort. Do you enjoy angling and hunting? If so don't do it because you'll never get a chance to do it for pleasure again.
