I googled the issue but prefer to hear from any members here who have experienced the following? I replaced my toilet this past weekend and was totally surprised to see what I seen. Wish I took a pic! Anyways, I am guessing it was calcium build-up? But the 3" pipe, that the toilet sits on, was coated with this thick coating, beige in colour and enough to make it a 2" hole. It also curled over and covered part of the hole. So I scraped along the sides as far as I could but am unsure how far along this system goes? Before I go calling a plumber, anyone have any idea's of any kind of treatment I can use to eliminate the buildup on the pipes? I have city water btw, always have.
Thanks

I will be looking at the exact same vehicle and for the exact same reasons as yourself. Keep us posted as I am very interested in the outcome. They do indeed keep their value as I have found out. Good luck.

Wow!! By the looks of things you'll be doing well for the next couple months. I can't believe the avg size of them, amazing. Clean looking fish too.

What a trip! I am speechless at this report. Just incredible pictures! I can't believe the number of huge ones you 2 got, shaking head, hahah. And the Aurora Borealis pics are reason alone that would make me want to go up there to see in person. I would have to say that this was one of the best trips I have seen had on this forum. WOW! Great job!

Wow, that looked like an amazing trip! Think that is something we should all do, just drive and keep going.

Very sorry for your loss Matt. I understand what you are currently going through, not fun. My condolences to you and your family.

Your definitely not crazy! That is my favourite time to fish. Your current schedule is the same as the one I share on BOQ in the spring. Usually fish till 5AM! That must of been sweet being under that moon that night. Nicely done is an understatement.

Nicely done!

Trolling plate will definitely work. The only draw back I have encountered is that your turning isn't as responsive.

Thanks fella's, will look into the Elite 5.

That's some awesome pic fishing! Looks like they were scrappers!

I like the elite 5. Works great.

Is that portable?

Sucks when mother nature forces yer hand, but the end result of this is pretty nice. The place looks awesome.

I am retiring my trusty but old portable Eagle Fish ID fish finder. Had it for over 20 years! So I am in the market for another portable. From what I have seen there are not many portable fish finders out there to choose from. I have my eye on the Hummingbird Piranha Max 176i PT. Any thoughts on this or other suggestions? I like that unit since it has a built in GPS. I would love to be able to have way points to go by.

Pass on the pie and head to Muddy's BBQ Pit in Keene. You will not be disappointed!!!
That is good to know, any recommendations on the menu?

That's an offer only a fool would pass up!
haha, no worries Cliff, no way I would pass it up!

I think I had it from their before, Bewdley, think I'll give it another go then. From what I remember they closed early, like 9 or 10pm?

While I will be up at Rice Lake for 2 weeks, looking for a good chicken wing and pizza place to hit! Can anyone advise on a good place in the area?
-
Seems like not that long ago I posted the exact same topic, but a full year has passed already. Just wondering how the Rice Lake fishing been lately? I know it was on fire in the spring. Just hoping the action is still solid. Will be heading there July 26 for 2 weeks! woot
Thanks in advance

Al Lindner is awesome! I subscribe to Lindner's Angling Edge on their youtube channel and that's where I watch it. Pretty much the only show I watch besides Uncut Angling and The InFisherman.

I had a hard time slow trolling them, seemed the blade would not rotate. That was the only issue I found with them. I know guys would jig with them too with success on Rice.
Toilet pipes!

A rubber ring was used in this case when they installed it. I had to scrape down perhaps 8" and then there was an elbow. After that I have no idea.
