I'm getting an hds 9 gen 3 for my main console. I have a HDS5 gen 2 at the bow. I'm looking at running my LSS2 transducer straight to thhe hds 9 and then running ethernet cable up to the bow. My hds 5 does have structure scan capabilities. My question is. Can I still access my structure scan/chartplotter from my hds 9 but run my bow mount 2d transducer on a split screen? This sounds complicated but do I have to unplug the ethernet cable to get my normal 2d sonar from my trolling motor transducer?

Hey all, I am wondering if anyone can help me with setting up networked Humminbirds 899 SI DI console and 859 Bow hooked to the Terrova US2 Ipilot link? I am reading I will need a hub for this setup, but cant find much info on how to set these components work together. I assume the two Sonar will be on the starting battery and the trolling motor on its own. Any help with wiring / network set up or diagram would be a great help. Thanks in advance for your time, effort and knowledge. Dave

I've got a used golf cart 36V electric (6 x 6volt batteries) and I'm tying to wire in an Led headlight. I'm having issues finding th correct placement of the power an ground wires. The Led will run on 3-30 volt systems so it's just a matter of isolating a battery or two, however for some reason all my electrical knowledge has some how leaked out of my brain this week. Any electronics people have a suggestion for me? Thanks
