I have to disagree with this statement, the walleye catches during spring, summer and fall have been fantastic in the last few years. Something has changed in the feeding habits of the walleye during the winter months on Nipissing. Now the sport is to find out new ways to catch them.
We always go to lake nipissing that time of year. Walleye are close to shore no need to go out in the big lake that time of year. We stay at Sandy bay cottages been going for approx. 15 years, the cottage we stay in have about 8 beds I think.
