Not really sure about pickeral lake but Doe Lake just up the Magnetawan from Pickeral Lake has good walleye fishing. You have to be fishing in Big Doe however.

I hate those darn things!!! There is this one island on Nosbonsing that is full of those crapping lil buggers & probably is the reason why the fishing hasn't been so great out on that lake....I agree with Terry
