Yes the road to Parent is quite good. Much better than the Clova Road. The road leading to Lake Gilberte from the Parent road is also good. Not as good as the main road going to Parent, but better and much shorter ride than the Clova road. I did it last year with a Suzuki Forenza, just a reguar little Korean sedan. No problems. The little path that leads from where you park your car to where the plane picks you up is exciting. But it is a work in progress and it does the trick. By the way I have never driven all the way to the lodge, but I hear from others the last 25 miles from the Clova Road is very primitive and requires a vehicle with high clearance.

If you need to know anything about Ceasars, I can let you know. I've made 18 trips since 1993. Difficult to get to but worth it. Nice people, fishing always good and sometimes spectacular. I've been to many of their lakes some 3 times. You will come home relaxed. I'm usually so relaxed it takes two weeks to piss me off
