We just got our boat, which came with the Minn Kota 65lber,with co-pilot(remote control)and auto-pilot(always goes for a point you pick),and it is fantastic.......The Co-pilot is a small remote ,you don't even have to be on the boat,and the auto,adjusts itself,after you pick the point to aim for,in wind and waves.....takes alot of stress off the driver and gives ME more time to fish.........I hardly ever use the foot control, always the remote.......Hope this helps ...........TC and tight lines all..........Chuck........

Looks like the camp is taking shape and it won't be long before you start taking reservations.....lol.....Also after Gerrit,I'm next in line to kick Avery's butt @ crib.....Glad to see everyone had a good time at the camp and congrats at 18 years.....And TJ ,I can hardly wait either,I'm starting my pile today,......TC and tight lines all.....Chuck and Shelley..........

We got out Sunday morning and I asked Lady what she'd like to fish for.....'Whities ,of course,she replies.....So off we went.........got out to the spot ,with only one other boat,with a lone fisherman,didn't take him long and he had one in the boat.He was traveling around and stopped north of us.....After a short while we noticed he had his net down again ....then he came by us and asked if we were fishing for whities,because he was marking lots of them were he was and said he marked the spot on his GPS and would put us on it ,if we liked,Sure we said...and off we went....Wasn't long before I had one on....After a real good 5 minute tussle ,he was in the net.....and heading for the dinner table........After not getting any more hits ,We decided to run to BBP and rig for lakers,and after trying that for a while(to no avail)we returned home ....Was a good day with dinner to boot.....TC and tight lines all.......

I'm no welder,but I don't think you can weld cast metal.You might look into making a 'C' bracket over the outside of the old holes......TC and tight lines.....Chuck.....

It's not the motors,Rockey told me,They're just not very clear on telling people about the "travel collar ".It has to al the way down to lock it in,he said.....and I noticed there's a big sticker on the new casing ,explaining it..........TC and tight lines.......Chuck......

Anyone who knows that we just got a new(to us)boat,would have seen the trolling motor on the front.It's a Minn Kota,well, last weekend while we were out ,the motor dropped into place while crusin'.I stopped quickly and brought it up into place and never thought of it again,till yesterday,when I went to use it.It almost locked into place ,but wouldn't stay down under power.After closer inspection,I noticed some small pieces of broken cast metal and a bent pin.On the net to find a dealer I go,low and behold "Rockey's tackle services",in Orillia. I took it up there today and the guy looks at me and says"It came down while driving didn't it","yup" I said,I showed him the receipt I got from the previos boat owner and he says give me 1/2 an hour.I grab a pop and a chair and in twenty mins. he had her fixed as good as new and I am the owner on the warranty card.......the thing is only 8 months old and the other guy never register it....YAHOO,I said..........I would HIGHLY recommend this guy and his shop for any other fix its........he does rods ,reels,electric motors and even scotty riggers.......the number in Orillia is 705-325-3526.........Thx again Rockey........TC and tight lines all.....

No No,We're still here,Everthing works fine and no 'Surprises' so far....We took the kids and grandkids for a ride around and we got to fish Sunday morn.....We rolled a couple of whities and I got a scale(lol),but no fish slime on her yet.......You can bet when that happens,L.Walleye will be posting with picks....until then.....TC and tight lines all.......Chuck and Shelley.........

It's $20 to park and $12 to launch at Innisfil Park,but there's a free one down beside Lake Simcoe Marina between the 4th and 5th off of Ewart Rd.,but you have to park 2 blocks away.Those are the closest 2 that I know off....TC and tight lines.........
