Congrats on moving to Gooderham! Nothing like waking up in the country, and I totally hear you on needing all the extra gear for a bigger lot. When we moved to a rural place with a similar-sized property, getting an ATV made chores way easier and was a blast to ride around the trails. Snow removal can be a job on its own, so a little tractor with a plow saved me a ton of hassle in winter. And yeah, you’ll probably end up with a boat eventually, there’s just too much water around not to.
