  1. Just started Luke Cage & must say it's a hell of a lot better than Jessica Jones. I'm a huge fan of the Blaxsploitation sub genre & this has the same vibes, great musical score!

I started up Luke cage last night, looks like it'll be a good one!

i avoided jessica jones though, feeling i maybe missing some background stuff on luke cage now though.

Should i bother going back and watching jessica jones first?

  2. Been a grind for sure, still in the hunt with just two weeks to play,

We would have killed for this 2 years ago.

The slump is bound to end, the team has too much talent. Just will it be enough to re-take the AL east, that's going to be very tough.

Hope JD is back in the games soon, his presence is needed in the lineup.

  3. Think about it... if you came upon a trailer with only 1 light and you could not see the vehicle pulling the trailer... how would you know if said vehicle was turning right or left if you could not see the the lights on towing vehicle :w00t::whistling: something to think about when it comes to LOGIC

That's exactly why i asked....because another site linked said otherwise. Didn't believe it to be true but i wanted to see the writing that proved it wrong.

The link you provided didn't work, but it did direct me to a site that seems to have some nice light kits i am going to order now.

  4. If you go into www.etrailer.com/faq-trailerlighting-info-and-regulations.aspx you will find it. I have been in transportation Safety for over 10 yrs and also a driver for 40yrs and if you think about it... every trailer on the road is required by law to have 2 stop, signal and brake lights and trailers over 80" are required to have marker lights

    Thanks

  5. If your trailer is less than 30" wide you are allowed only 1 red tail light plus 2 reflectors either side.... over 30" 2 red tail brake lights and signal lights ... your signal lights do not need to be red.. can be amber for your signals only .... you need to dig deeper into the laws....

I'de like to be shown where this is written, i cant find it

  6. Wow....only 1 red light in Ontario. Here in Quebec, trailers must have 2 red running lights with brake lights and signal lights.

Yea that seems strange to me?

We really arent required to have signal lights on a trailer?

My right tail light is out and i was going to re-wire the whole trailer, but do i even need to legally? Doesn't make sense to me

  7. Most of my favorite shows have been listed on here, big fan of basically anything HBO, AMC, FX etc.

The Wire is tops in my books, Breaking Bad is also up there, if your one of the people who haven't watched breaking bad, "because i just haven't got around to it" do yourself a favor and just start it, the first episode will drag you in.

Game of thrones, Mr. Robot, Fargo, Better Call Saul....those are my tops for shows still running.

The walking dead is a little ridiculous but i still love it as well.

Fargo season 2 was some of my favorite TV I've ever watched, so so so cool....great music

  8. Maybe will bring some crawler harnesses if there are walleye to be had.. :)

The weed bed along the western edge of deer bay has plenty of walleye to be caught with harnesses and bottom bouncers...

That's pretty much right in front of your resort, we caught many eater walleyes in there when i fished it once a few years back.,

Also, ill second that Black Duck Bay would be worth the paddle if you can head there on a calm day, we caught lots of large mouth on spinner baits back there, as well as a nice musky on a Bucktail

  9. Very possible he just tied a fly, it worked, and he wanted to share...

Sure he probably got inspiration from pictures on the internet, but don't we all?

I truly don't think he meant to rip off the sex dungeon, if he knew all about it he would have to have know others would call him out on it...

  10. depends on the style of top water really...open water hard baits with trebles I prefer mono and medium action...top water in the slop with frogs, buzzbaits, etc I like braid and usually heavy leader

    This exactly

  11. Except there have been times when they were just simply missing it. The guys not named Donaldson, Bautista and Encarnacion need to get more aggressive against fastballs. I know it sounds a lot easier said than done, but the games real simple when you lay off the breaking ball and swing at the fastball. Everyone on that team needs to become good fastball hitters, like yesterday.

So you mean like last year? when everyone was crushing fast balls...The team is full of fastball hitters, it'll come.

  12. SPOILER ALERT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a bit disappointed in episode 7. Taro makes that show. The Manitoba guy is definitely imitating the Linder's when he goes into his Chicago accent. I was impressed that they jury rigged the impellor in the parking lot. I wouldn't know where to start but now I do, that I liked. Wouldn't one need to put some type of sealant between the bottom end and the shaft housing?

Yes i was bummed to see they don't have Paul and Taro in the tie break, makes sense but 2 teams isn't quite as exciting.

Overall still loved it.....would rather watch that then pretty much any fishing show on TV

  13. They can be found where you can find carp rigs but I bought mine at Sail.

I use them with the 3 way swivel, I never had to re-tie when I snagged, just added a new weight to that clip.

When the sinker snags on the bottom, I just pull my line and the bottom of the clip will straighten out and the sinker slides off the clip

Gotcha, thats what i was thinking just didn't think after you straightened out the clip that you could put another weight back on...

  14. I thought the crowds was gonna be a lot worse but it was manageable. I guess it was a slow day for people.

I believe I was using a 1oz bell sinker with a carp quick change link like this... This way if I snagged, I would only loose my sinker and I can quickly add another one.

I am confused as to how this allows you to only lose your weight?

how does the weight slip off of that clip?

  15. I'm Okay with it, to a certain degree...

I usually hold them about half way out...I can take a picture of me any day, I'm only holding that awesome fish for a few seconds....i wanna make sure the fish looks good!

I'd rather see more of the fish then the angler for the most part...

Only fish that are too big should be held against your body, i think that just looks dumb....
