  1. We can go to Captain Nicks for dinner as its not usually busy and has a lot of seating right at the boat launch. Even if you cant fish that weekend but are in the area be sure to stop by as it is a good time.

One other thing to think about booking at the yacht club as there are docks right outside your room and you can bunk a bunch of guys in it instead of just two from what I hear. its around $100 a night

  2. NEVR get items shipped to Canada by UPS or FEDX as stated above there broker fees will make you cry. That is where they make all there money on shipments to Canada they clear every load and your left crying at home.

USPS the worst you will get is Canadian duty fees and a $5 Canada customs fee to open the package is they actually do open it up.

  3. Had a great weekend it started off with a good friend coming down from Toronto as a house guest Friday night some of you here know him as a muskies Canada member and some of you Punk rockers might know his as john the lead singer from the 3 tards, after great times and many laughs Friday night it was time for a quick nap as 4:30 was coming early.

John and I fished the belle river muskies Canada outing Saturday John took first place with his personal best 48.5" he also caught 3 other nice musky on Saturday.

John headed home Saturday night taking his first place trophy and new high of his Personal Best 48.5"X21" with him. That was for the better as Mother Nature had other plans for LSC in the Morning the wind was howling from the North with 4' waves crashing the south shore.

I stayed home to build lures as the winds were supposed to calm down around 7pm. I made the choice around 4pm to head out fishing and battle the big waves. What normally takes 4 min to drive my boat to this spot took me 25 min but it paid off. I landed a nice 47"X18" and one cast later a awesome 51"X21" both fish on my new brown frog handlebarz what a great way to end the weekend. I just wish my wife was not sick and could have been there to net my fish I did miss her out there.

Yes Cliff I hope we can pop some of these big fish when you and Will are down for the Fish-A-Thon musky karma round two that you bid on in our auction.

The week after you guys are down I have the guy coming down that got my other donation I added to the prize table so I hope we can have a great weekend then also. I have great feeling about these trips as they are done for a awesome cause.
