  1. Awesome pictures all. I can see that most are of family memories which will hold the closest to our hearts.

I have lots of pictures that are my favorites with my wife, daughter, and son but if I have to pick just one it will be of dad and I on our last fishing trip before he passed away he was to sick in 2010 to get out fishing and all the trips we planned in 2011 were also a bust as he would show up to the house at 5am and be sick so we could not get out until one day late August 2011 he came over as he did many time to go fishing I was expecting for us to head to McDonalds for coffee instead of fishing but that day he said lets go. (each trip we planned I always had the boat picked and ready this time we did not unload it) so off we went looking for bass pickerel and then musky. What a day it was we could not get a fish to take the line we had many bass follow to the boat and pickerel either seal the worms or follow to the boat ( they don't normally do that here on LSC from 18') and for musky well that was harder as we could not get a fish to show up until the last second when I used my Hail Marry and it worked. Dad was happy that it was a small fish as he said he could actually reel it in. I was just glad that we had one last trip out just the two of us. Its been two years as of last Wednesday since he lost his battle to cancer. But his memory is alive in my family and we share his story's all the time.

  2. Like art said no fuse to it and yes Phil that was my first thing I ran a different cord from a different plug but nothing then I tried direct still nothing.

    Warranty is up

I guess I have 6 spare fuses now lol. I will wait for the winter sales on them for a new one for next year.

I guess three years is better then some I heard about going each season. But each season you can exchange for a new one

Oh well thanks guys for the input but you all had the same thing I thought its toast.

  3. It's not just kijiji I get people wanting me to drive 20 min- a hour away to meet them to sell them one lure. As much as I like to meet people and be supported I cant justify burning more in gas then I would make.

I have met people out on LSC to deliver my baits as well as used baits that I had on sale using the message boards that happens all the time.

I have had great dealings with kijiji buying and selling. One of the best was lead to make sinkers they had 60 lbs for $60 obo I offered $30 they agreed so I drove 20 min to meet them when I got there they did not have 60lbs it totalled 183lbs I think I won that round.

  4. Hey all my three bank bps charger just crapped out is there any way to have these fixed?

I thought it was weird last weekend fishing my minnkota died after 7 hours I can usually get three long days on full charge.

I got home hooked up the charger but no lights came on so I unhooked everything and brought the batteries inside for the bench charger they are both good any ideas what might have happened?

The charger is three seasons old

  5.

Sorry I had to add this; My Dad always would tell me this when he knew I was pissed at someone. Danny youll catch more flies with a little bit of sugar, then you would with a whole gallon of vinegar

Dan I guess your dad never seen these stupid fruit flies we get here in SW Ontario around September the best way to catch them is with a glass of vinegar with plastic cling wrap on the top and poke a couple holes with a fork these things come flying out of every crack in the house when you shake the glass and get the vinegar stirred up.

But for Simons problem here I would use sugar or honey

  6. I started with shower Rings but after losing too many release clips.

Then I bought some of the metal fish stringers and use the clips from it that worked great but was troublesome putting on the line in rough water.

I then bought carabiners from the dollar store You can get a pack of two for a dollar and it's much easier to put on your planer board line when you're in rough water you will not lose any clips this week either.

I have each release clip on 8 to 10 inches a wire hooked to the carabiner this way you have some shock absorption for fishing boards in bigger waves and will not get as many false releases.

  7. Bounce sheets.LMAO

Everytime the mrs,s takes a load out of the dryer,Gizmo comes to life and ruffs, and snorts through the laundry til he finds it. Crazy bugger.

    :rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

That's funny Brian as my lab does the same thing we can leave a steak on the table all day when at work it will still be there not touched. But we have to put the used dryer sheets in the locking lid garbage can as he goes through all the lint in the laundry room garbage to find sheets to rub his head on.

    Sorry off topic

I just use dryer sheets it has been working for me.

  8. Well I feel very bad as my dog has been sitting beside me since 7:10am look at this sad face he has been waiting for breakfast which is at 8:30am well not today. It's hard to look at this face for the next hour until its feeding time today. Poor guy did not understand it when I tried to explain it to him that his stomach is wrong I even showed him the time on my phone but he does not believe me and is still waiting. He has since moved to the doorway still sitting waiting for me to get up. Yes this time change does affect some in a bad way lol.
