  1. I've been too busy to stop by...but I did eat the chili.

    The texture was a little off, but it tasted fine and had no more a dramatic effect on my digestive system than freshly made chili does. It was actually pretty good...and although I love hotdogs...chilidogs are worth certain risks.

    :rofl2::w00t::good:

    Tried selling my cinder blocks on kajiji and here. 1.00$ a piece. But a lady called about them on her husbands behalfglare.gif BTW there free to any ofner, since another ofner didnt jump on them.glare.gif 100 plus to give away. you pick upwink.gif

    I have no problem taking them , just no vehicle to pic them up...wont fit in the BMW dude...feel free to put them in my driveway if you want them gone that bad :rolleyes:

  3. You got a raw deal....you can't follow a stopped vehicle...even then, the crown needs the other driver to specifically say that he saw you following to close. We're told always to lay careless instead

    I woulda asked for fail to turn out to avoid a collision

    Worst is I did have the wheels cranked to the right to try and change lanes but the wheels were locked up and I just slammed into him,black ice, that was dec 15th and rain/-1 C.

    This guy was in the right hand lane cut me off and hammered the brakes to make a left turn, the officer know's I drive everyday min 40hrs a wk for the last 10 yrs clean record and wouldn;'t cut me a break. <_<

  4. Careless for you Cliff.. nothing for him. He'd just tell them he had his arm out the window.. hand down. Still a legal means of showing he's stopping (if he was that smart at least). Only requirement, unfortuntely, is one white light front.. one red light (rear) after sunset, or to pass a safety check.

    BINGO , CARELESS I got one for rear ender, then fought to get it dropped to follow to close, no charge in between the 2

  5. Buster....you've been here how long? Have you been to one just ONE yet? It has always been on the same weekend except for one year. There are also other considerations...for example, try to get a lodge to hold things open till the eleventh hour because someone forgot to ask their better half if that date was ok. This is the way it works. If you guys want to look after it and find a date where everyone can be present, great go for it. It won't work Bubba. We've been in this business for too long. If someone else wants to handle it, I have no problem with that.

    Met you at the picton merlin park one year roy. My work is summer related 8ths on 4 mths off. but would have liked to come with my wife and kids , just haven't been able to Yet.

  6. A vote??? yea lets try that sometime and see if we get 365 different answers. :rofl2:

    So fathers day is better? :rolleyes:

    General canvass and throwing say 2-4 dates to narrow it down would have been nice, look at the amount of members that are not able to attend.

    It works for other gatherings in the fall and winter, but what do I know. :unsure:
