Hightlihts from being at the game

-The wave that once it got giong went around both decks 5-6 times

-almost(again) catching a free t-shirt only to havevtipped it

-and of course the leafs played well only allowed 20 shots

That ref took a nasty tumble, sucks that he broke a rib

Looks a bit sloppy at times, but i have a good view of the whole ice from my seats

At the leafs game and just watched the ref get taken out

wow a sturgeon through the ice, i think i would soil myself if i pulled that out of the whole. I'll hopefully post some pictures back in this thread sometime in the season

yup. classic Leaf tactic...build solid lead then thru sheer willpower, let the other guys get back in the game

Last week I was planing on going out on another lake today with Jeremy84 but we decided to call it off because of the weather. But more important to avoid the risk of the ice not being ready

I was out on Scugog once about 10 years ago and the only reason i felt safe enough to go out was because the hut were out on the ice

well I hope they play better when I go to the game this Friday when the play the Blue Jackets

I'm in the Halton Hills and i was snowed for about 5 or 6 hours hear. It stopped about an hour ago.

We are expecting similar weather overnight and into tomorrow

Had some friends over a-la potluck. I cooked up some crappie, dynamic_bear made his famous Jamalaya, other friends made homemade bread and crab dip. I'm not much of a drinker so I served as bartender for the evening. Good times had by all.

 

I wish I could get out on the ice today. Looks like Sunday will be the earliest.
