  3. I've been out the north side of the lake a few times this week...ice is not bad 4-10" depending on where ya are...there are quite a few huts out off of sandbar...fishing was slow...a couple of perch...wouldn't venture out to far past the bouys though...check ice as ya go in this area.. a large pressure crack formed on Wednesday making things a wee slushy Brkygetrr

  6. hey I'm new to this forum so don't exactly know what I'm doing...but I know I want to get into some fish and was just wondering what you fellow fisherpeople know about the 'sandbar' area of Scugog..was out this morn and eve and ended up with a puny perch..about 4 feet of water...ice was good though, random thickness from 6-10 inches...missed a few good taps..anyways want to get out into some deeper water and find some green stuff...any suggestions or clues?????...by the way if any of you are speck hunters I can tell ya the past 2 weeks up haliburton way on the small lakes has been great!!!!!
